We booked Maria’s villa to stay in as we had a local wedding to attend. There was 11 of us who stayed and when we arrived we were all so surprised at how big it was. We all had a double room each; one with an en suite. As we arrived late we hadn’t eaten and Maria had stocked the fridge up with food and drink. We had so much space so we weren’t all on top of each other and the outside area was fab! The pool was lovely and there was plenty of seating and a bbq we used twice. The kitchen was equipped with everything and there was nothing that we were short of. A cleaner came mid week which was great and Maria popped in to see if we needed anything- she really was a great host. We had a car and that meant we could drive down to the Marina and go out for breakfast and dinner. There are numbers provided if you needed a taxi which we also used. We went to the water park which was a really fun day and we went to the Steakhouse restaurant at the Marina which was amazing- the food was unreal! Maria bought cakes round for us which went down very well with the lads- thank you so much for having us Maria- we couldn’t have asked for anything more, it was a holiday to remember xxxx

The villa looked big but I couldn't believe how much bigger the villa was inside, once we walked in, the photos really don't give justice to how much space there is. The villa has everything you would need, from enough rooms, bathrooms, a large pool, choice of eating areas, TV (you can log in to your Netflix), kitchen equipment to aircon. The weather was in the 30s when we stayed and it was great that we could cool down inside when we needed with the aircon. All the bedrooms had aircon too and we all slept well be cause of this. We were a party of nine, four adults, three teenagers and a five and six year old. It took two days for us to convince the kids/teenagers to leave the villa when we first arrived, they loved the pool with the slide and diving board so much. The villas is private and enclosed. The teenagers enjoyed the nearby bars and the locals were really friendly and generous. The bars in Limassol Marina had plenty to offer as well. The villa is in an ideal location. There are supermarkets close by and I managed to find everything I was looking for to feed the family which was a surprise. The cost was not much more than you would pay in the UK. There is also a 24 hour bakery near by (2 min drive) that also had ice cream, cooked chickens and other hot foods etc, if you don't want to cook. The Mall, nearby, also offered lots of discounts on top clothing brands, as well as ice skating and bowling. The nightlife of Limassol is no more than 10 minutes by car. It is ideally placed for excursions around the island. The roads seemed really simple to navigate and this made it really easy to drive around. There were no extra charges added at all, which I noted other villa's charge, like electricity and cleaning. Every Wednesday Flora the cleaner came for four hours, so it felt more like a holiday for me! Marie the owner was outstanding in her care of us, checking we were ok and that we had everything we needed. She was on hand very easily if we needed advice etc. A very lovely and approachable lady. We will be coming back.

villa spacious and clean through out .air con was brill .... fantastic location for all shops / eating /drinking/ and beach..... i would recommend a car hire just so you dont have to walk in the heat . maria was a supper host who checked in with us twice and brought us cakes and donuts .. i would book again for sure xxx

We booked this villa for next July 2018 and it has now been cancelled by the owner as she now wants it for her own use. Our flights are all booked and now we can’t find a villa suitable for our group of just 7. Very unprofessional and upsetting. Now a big worry. This should not be allowed to happen

Maria is the perfect hostess who will always go the extra mile to help. The villa is both spacious and well located. For anyone who loves Cyprus, this is the villa in the area where you meet and are amongst the fantastic Cypriot people. Everyone is so friendly!

The villa was beautiful and equipped with everything we needed for our family holiday including a well stocked fridge on arrival. Maria, our host was so welcoming and such a lovely lady and we look forward to seeing her again next year. Thank you Maria
