Wonderful property! Kitchen diner and living areas both perfect sizes for a group of 8-10 to comfortably socialise.
Comfortable beds - I had no complaints of bad nights sleep from anyone.
Host was brilliant- very approachable and any queries while we were there were answered very quickly.
We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Eastbourne!

Eastbourne is gorgeous! Such a wonderful stay we had
My daughters and myself flew in from Dubai and we met our family in Eastbourne for a family reunion. We had a wonderful time and the accommodation we booked was really perfect for us as a very large group of 12. The attention to detail was just perfect.
We had everything we needed and the kitchen area was a really cosy gathering spot for all our dinners and breakfasts.
I couldn't fault the owners on anything. Just a suggestion to perhaps have more bin bags available as we were there for a longer stay than just 2 nights.

Great property for team meeting and training! Had everything needed - even the sun!
Unfortunately not a relaxing weekend away but instead a venue by the sea for meeting with colleagues many who we had not been able to see for over 2 years because of Covid. There are 4 lovely big bedrooms - plus a number of separate bathrooms and loo's. On top of this it has a fantastically well-appointed kitchen and an enormous sitting room with big comfy leather sofas which was perfect for the meetings. Add to this a sunny courtyard with seating for many - and it was a real find for what we needed.
It also has a games room and laundry area in the basement that we didn't actually make use of but for a longer stay this would be perfect.
It is just one row back from the sea and you can actually see it from the top floor bathroom if you peer thru the skylight window!! :) There was a fantastic little cafe (Pavillion Cafe) just across the road by the sea and it was about 25 min walk into Eastbourne central (approx £6/7 taxi fare).
Gemma was a great host and good communication - and we were delighted at the welcome pack of treats left for us.
All in all a wonderful stay, especially as the sun made an appearance (well it is supposedly the sunniest town in the UK!) and very tempted to come back again in a non work capacity!!

Fabulous location and facilities
Just home (sadly) after a brilliant week at George’s house. Location meant we barely used a car- access to beach 2 minute walk and all amenities so close. Gemma left us a wonderful welcome pack with wine, biscuits, sweets for the children milk, tea etc so we could settle in very quickly. Toys for the beach, picnic bag, dvds and books for all ages, games, table football, so much to choose from! When the kettle packed up a replacement was delivered asap and we knew Gemma was available if there was any problem (there wasn’t!) Thanks to Gemma and team - we had a great family gathering with three generations enjoying a little of what Eastbourne has to offer- one week not long enough! Recommend the open top bus tour as a good day out - wonderful scenery. Knockhatch only a short drive - end of holiday treat for children was a big winner!

Lovely Family Holiday
A well located house perfectly suited for the family. The owners have clearly made an effort to make guests welcome which really enhanced the stay. Very clean and tidy. Would definitely be happy to return...!

Amazing Host, with a wonderful property
We came down for Christmas, and Gemma was extremely welcoming, had put up Christmas trees and set the table. The house is comfortable and very well equipped.
It’s in a great location for walks in the beach and trips into town. We really couldn’t of asked for more.

Everything catered for in the house
We hired the house for a weekend to attend a family wedding. There were a mixed group and the house was perfect, everything you possibly need is catered for. The house is really well decorated and the room sizes and configurations should cater for everyone.. we had nine of us and there was plenty of room.
The house has been decorated to a high standard and is very clean and tidy.
The nice touches like shampoo, shower gels in all the bathrooms and coffee, tea, biscuits, wine and other items were fantastic.
It’s close to the beach and not too far to walk to pier. A nice, quiet location.
The only minor negative for me is parking. When we visited there were no spaces outside the house so we had to drive around a bit but I think being hot and a bike ride happening at the weekend meant it looked ultra busy. It wouldn’t stop me renting again.
A really lovely house that I am struggling to fault.
Thanks for making our weekend enjoyable.

Amazing
Eastbourne was a brilliant location for the family. 4 nights was perfect. A night at the bandstand, a night in a restaraunt, a night eating street food from the seafront stalls and a night in using the wonderful facilities provided at George's. Wonderful walking along the seafront and so many wonderful places to visit, Beachy Head, Seven Sisters Country Park, The Marina, the beach. An amazing holiday.

Bucket & spade holiday
I have rented holiday homes for the last 4 years but this one comes out top for the little extra touches of biscuits,sweets,hot chocolate definately home from home.
