Good location overlooking the seafront. A ittle cramped for three people. Apartment has steep stairs with two flights. Situated above disused shops. Good value for money at the time £287 for 3 nights. Has everything and more. Available street parking. Main shopping in town 10 mins drive. Shops close at 5pm. Good bakers (Black of Dunoon) shop close by. Co-Op/ Morrisons open till late. Would stay here again.All in all I would recommend.

Great Stay
Really enjoyed our visit. Peaceful town and a great base for touring Scotland. Apartment was well stocked, functional, clean with stunning views.
A must stop over when touring.

Great location
Great location, Kirn is lovely and it's a flat mile walk to the centre of Dunoon. Flat has everything you need.

Cosy and comfortable
The unit was more than adequate with a very comfy bed for a good nights rest. Kitchen was well appointed. Could not fault the unit. good view of the Clyde from dining/lounge window and single bed room. I am tall so shower height a bit tight but ok. The one thing that would be good is if the laneway to the unit had a sensor light when coming back in the dark. We would come and stay again.

First Class
Apartment is lovely and contains everything you would need.
Welcome pack with wine, shortbread, cakes and milk.Coffee and tea all provided.
Nice walk along the shore to Dunoon.
Brilliant Vintners in Dunoon and lots of places to eat and drink.
Went relaxing drives out to the lochs and Argyle Forrest, watched the sun come up over the water and the view from the house is breathtaking.
Came home relaxed after holiday.
Second time We have stayed here and hope it will not be the last.
Can't say enough about this apartment.

Dunoon
Sea view apartment is ideal. Sea views, and walking distance of town centre.
Cosy flat with all the facilities you’d need.
Anyone with walking problems may struggle with the two sets of stairs.

Great little apartment
Returned to Seaview Apartment for a second time and it was just as good. Weather disappointing but It was cosy, warm and very pleasant to stay inside and read, watch DVDs and just chill.

Room with a view
This property is in a perfect location to enjoy the many delights of "Argyll's secret coast". The ascent to this 2nd floor flat is somewhat inauspicious but once inside the property is clean, airy and extremely well equipped. Views over the Firth of Clyde are spectacular and a range of interesting sea birds can be seen. The owner Cliff lives a short distance from the property, and was incredibly helpful before and during the stay.
The return crossing from Gourock cost around £23 and the ferries run every 15 minutes during the Summer. The walk into Dunoon took about half an hour, but there is a fair amount of free roadside parking in the town.
Best places to visit were Benmore Botanic Gardens, Puck's Glen(scenic waterfall walk) and the beautiful island of Bute (45 minute drive and a 5 minute ferry crossing).
We would definitely consider returning to this property and would recommend it to others.

Beautiful view
Besides a beautiful view from the dining table where we could enjoy meals looking out to the firth, the place was clean, neat, felt like new. Very good equipped kitchen. Hosts greeted us with a bottle of Cava (our fav) and flowers, and milk for an immediate cup of tea after our travels.

Idyllic apartment in a beautiful spot
Lovely comfortable apartment close to ferry terminal and a short walk into Dunoon. View from window at breakfast was amazing and we could have sat there all day watching naval destroyers, sailing and fishing boats and also the ferries going back and forth. Weather was kind and people very friendly. Tudor Tearoom in Dunoon ideal for light snacks and meals. Cinema great value for money and a must to see. Benmore Gardens a lovely day out. Owners' handbooks very helpful and informative.
