We booked this villa for two nights i.e. 30th Nov and 1st Dec 2018. When we arrived in rented car. Smita welcomed us and showed us around. Beautiful villa with balcony at front n back. Has 2 bedrooms , one with TV. There is another TV in sitting room. The kitchen is equipped with all required appliances, fridge etc. There is a washing machine , iron stand with iron box. The bed was comfortable with clean sheets. The other bedroom which has no TV is upstairs and has twin beds. There was issue of ventilation in washroom as there is no exhaust fan and could not open window as there was cat's poop outside. But we are sure Sherwin will solve the issue as he promptly supplied us things which we needed. He had also kept 5 liter Mineral Water bottle , and tea sugar and coffee cream sachets. We found the place very comfortable and safe with security at the Gate. Its very peaceful too. Its very close to Goa's famous restaurant Martin's Corner. We definitely recommend this place and would surely go back.

Such a great place to stay when visiting Goa. Very well located to the most famous cities and beaches. This is a very calm and quite place, but at the same time close to a typical village with lots of cultural and gastronomic offers. It has an amazing beach just after 10 minutes walking. In the beach you can find nice bars and restaurants, not crowed, with a very familiar environment and with an unforgivable sunset. I had an amazing time during my holidays in Golden Sands, I really hope I can return one day.

This was our 3rd time at Golden Sands and we enjoyed it immensely The apartment was clean and we had alternate days cleaning, ie clean towels and sheets. I was a little disappointed with some of the towels, they were a bit grubby and the kitchen was not as equipped as the previous apartments we'd stayed in , these are minor issues and this did not deter deter us from having an amazing time. On the whole the apartment is spacious, adequate, comfortable, the air con is great when returning from the beach and the washing machine a bonus. the swimming pool is very clean and we had it to ourselves most days (HOW FAB IS THAT). The beach is about a fifteen minute walk and quite pleasant although very hot, you need to take water. we enjoyed watching the birds over the paddy fields. The beach is lovely, clean and the beach shacks fabulous. There are some lovely restaurants within walking distance- Fishka and Cameron's both excellent The pentigon is also excellent, but a taxi drive away. The Taxis are not expensive and easily come by.
