We loved our four days here. My daughter adored all the animals, we almost left with a kitten packed in our luggage. The apartment had everything we needed and it was so dark and quiet we all slept superbly. A great location from which to explore Tuscan villages. Would definitely return!

El espacio donde se encuentra es encantador y nos sentimos transportados a un espacio desconocido para nosotros, entre olivos y viñedos, despertarnos con el canto de las aves y en una tranquilidad que no queriamos dejar. Ese es uno de los encantos de de quedarse en estos espacios e la Toscana. El departamento limpio y con todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia. Muy bien ubicado para ir a muchos lugares interesantes; es imprescindible el auto. Olimpia es la mujer maravilla. Ya que con sus múltiples ocupaciones estuvo al pendiente de de lo que necesitasemos. Fue una magnífica experiencia el haber estado ahi por lo que lo recomiendo para aquellas personas que quieran alejarse del estrés de la ciudad.

I spent a week here in July with my husband and 2 children ( 8 & 10 ). Olimpia and her family are the perfect hosts. So friendly, helpful and fun! The villa is stunning, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Perfect location for touring Tuscany, beautiful views and the pool was the highlight for our children. The gardens are well equipped with toys/games for the children too. Overall we had a perfect week and I would highly recommend anyone to stay here. It's perfect! Thank you Olimpia and your wonderful boys for a fabulous week x

Fantastic location, amazing views, big garden with lots of activities for kids, beautifully arranged pergola for each appartment and very nice pool at the back with sunbeds, umbrellas and stunning views. Apartment itself was really nice, comfy and fully equipped. We travelled with out little one and Olimpia provided us with cot bed, high chair and changing table. A car is a must but driving around is a pure pleasure. Montepulciano and local shops are within 20 minutes drive. Siena is about 1 hour drive. Olimpia is extremely nice and helpful person. Always available to answer any questions starting from booking process and throughout our stay. We stayed there for over a week and had lovely family time. Overall, really enjoyed it and hope to be back soon!

We rented the apartment for nearly two weeks to use a base of operations for touring around Tuscany. It is nicely located as it is about an hour's drive to a wide range of interesting towns including Siena, Cortona, Montelcino, and Orvieto to name a few. Montepulciano is only about a 15 minute drive away and is a phenomenal town that is worth visiting a few times. Chianciano and Chiusi are also close by and worth a visit, the latter in particular if you are interested in Etruscan history. The apartment was precisely as advertised - comfortable and well appointed. The owner, Olimpia, was a pleasure to talk to and very helpful. The place is a working farm, part of Italy's agritourismo program, thus there is a chicken coop nearby and on occasion you may hear/see working farm equipment. Sitting by the pool, you get a nice view of the towns of Montepulciano and Chianciano. Our only real challenge was initially finding the place so I would recommend making the extra effort to figure out exactly where it is located prior to leaving on your trip. Other than that we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend it.

My husband, teenage daughter and I stayed in this lovely apartment for 5 nights in July. This apartment is in a beautiful setting. It was easy driving distance to Florence, Siena, and Assisi, and the coast. The apartment was a very relaxing place to return to every evening while touring through Tuscany - we especially loved seeing Montepulciano from the doorway. Everything was as pictured- peaceful, attractive, well-taken care of and friendly. Olimpia and her staff are very helpful and responsive. We hope to return very soon!

Very nice house, lovely garden, all very well taken care of. Apartments with independent entrances, comfortable, furnished stylishly. A perfect location for visiting Tuscany: close to Siena, not far from Florence, in the middle of a beautiful Tuscan landscape. Definitely to be recommended.

We had a great stay at Olimpia's apartment for our vacation. We spent our days visiting nearby towns, making road bike trips, and enjoying pasticceria and restaurants nearby, Olimpia is helpful, always reachable and speaks English very well. Apartment is quite dark, but cosy nonetheless and the two 2-p-beds sleep well. Our favourite daystart was having coffee and dolci at pasticceria "Centro Storico" in the nearby Chianciano. The apartment lies on a "strada bianchi", but well drivable with regular rental cars, also after rain. For racing bike rental/routing ideas, check out the website of Cicloposse, in Pienza (25 min drive by car), great bikes for passionate and helpful people. We flew in on Rome, more affordable and almost as close as on Florance.

Posto fantastico, in mezzo ai vigneti e agli olivi, pace e tranquillità'!! La Tenuta e' splendida, i nostri figli si sono divertiti tantissimo e noi genitori ci siamo potuti rilassare e godere questo posto da favola. L'accoglienza e' stata ottima e non invadente e la casa una piccola meraviglia con tutto il.necessario per il soggiorno. Ci si ritrova in mezzo alla natura con tanto di canto del gallo al mattino, ma con la comodità di trovarsi non lontano dai principali luoghi di interesse. Grazie Olimpia e ai custodi gentilissimi che ci hanno fatto sentire a casa!

We had very enjoyable stay in a peaceful location with stunning views around. Olimpia was very helpful and everything worked as foreseen. We were trying to find a place with a scent of a history and what would suit better than 200 years old house with modern amenities! A very big garden where you have slide and toys for the youngest ones and soccer goals for elders is so good for us parents! We could just sit and relax in the garden while children were playing. It was still too cold for swimming but I can just imagine the joy of children (and us, of course) in the summertime. There was a gate to the pool area so we did not even have to worry about our nearly 2 year old getting to the pool on her own. Chicken, donkey and horse were a nice extra for all this. The only minus was that Wi-fi did not work inside the apartment. We could still make the further trip reservations in a spot in courtyard where there was signal for Wi-fi. I wonder if the walls of the apartment were so thick that there was not signal for that reason.
