We loved our stay here, the chalet is beautiful, super clean and had everything we needed. The location is great, we love this little corner of Cornwall and the chalet is close to all the beaches and everywhere else we like to visit.

Perfect home from home
Fantastic stay, as always. This was our 5th time here.
Everything is very high quality and the lodge is very spacious and dog friendly. Location is great - easy to get into Padstow and the surrounding beaches. Always great communication from Adrian and Chris, keeping us updated with any queries and checking everything OK. Highly recommended

Excellent 5☆ Accomodation
This lodge is by far the best I have stayed in, it is immaculately clean. Chris and Adrian have fitted the lodge with everything you could possibly need, nothing is too much trouble, they helped me with date changes and kept me fully informed with information leading up to our stay. The lodge is located on a quiet park, it is ideal for a relaxing holiday, there is a wraparound garden which is fully secure and safe for children or pets. The kitchen is large and fitted with everything you could possibly need, with plenty of plates, cups, glasses utensils etc, its not limited to 6 of everything like some accomodations are. There was a complimentary bottle of wine on our arrival which was a very nice touch. Local areas are easily accessible by car.
If you want a relaxing holiday in 5☆ accommodation then this is the place for you, I will certainly be returning next year.

2nd time just as we remember
This is our 2nd time, just as we remember so clean, fresh and tidy. Everything you need is here, comfy beds and pillows for the end of the day is so lovely to have. For those taking furry friends the garden is safe fully enclosed.
Chris and Adrian you definitely have the perfect "little haven" Thank you" we loved our time here we'll be back

Warwick Lodge
Our second stay in this brilliant lodge. Was immaculately clean & very comfortable. Is very much a home from home in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac & perfectly placed for visiting many stunning beaches.

Beautiful lodge and highly recommended
The lodge is a real home from home...well equipped, modern and beautifully clean. We love this area and come every year, but after having a few stays elsewhere in St Merryn we were thrilled to be back in our favourite spot ! We have booked again for next year slready! Very friendly and helpful owners, nothing too much trouble. The cleaning pack and tea/coffee supplies and wine on arrival was extremely thoughtful and much appreciated. Thank you so much.

Excellent, as always
This was our 4th time staying here, and already booked for next year.
Everything here is very high quality and the Covid measures make us feel very safe (especially as my husband has a weaken immune system).
The lodge is very spacious and dog friendly.
Our rescue dog loves coming too, with the large garden to play in. Plus the site has a large dog field at the entrance, just 2-3 minute walk from the lodge.
Location is great - easy to get into Padstow and the surrounding beaches.
Always great communication from Adrian and Chris, keeping us updated with any queries and checking everything OK.
Highly recommended.

A Marvellous experience at Warwick Lodge
My family and I unreservedly recommend Warwick Lodge.
Adrian and Chris made the booking easy and their communications were first class.
The lodge is spotlessly clean, warm, comfortable and extremely well equipped with a secure garden for the dogs. We have stayed at Seven Bays Park in static caravans and Park Homes many times over the last 10 years and Warwick Lodge is the best one by a mile. It will be our first choice (if we can get in!) from now on.

perfect
this was our second visit, as we expected it was spotless. just as we remembered. we ate at the farmers arms most nights as the food was great and a good choice on the menu plus we were able to take our dog in where they gave him water and biscuits. a trip to newquay is great for fish and chips but you must go early to get parked.padstow is a must our favourite place, the best cornish pasties ever. the hosts chris and adrian are wonderful, any problem and its sorted straight away not that we had any.pity about the weather it rained every day,but we still had a good time.

Perfect Lodge
What a beautiful well presented lodge, clean and tidy with plenty of space in a peaceful cul de sac, the perfect base for our holiday.
Chris and Adrian were very helpful and friendly, the guest pack was a lovely touch as was the information booklet at the lodge containing all the info you needed about the lodge and the local area.
We have stayed at this site before and would definitely recommend this lodge to others.
