“This was our first time on this island, and Peter and Carol’s house is located in a secluded spot away from the tourist crowds. However, with a car, it’s easy to reach all the major attractions. The house is comfortable with two bedrooms and a large living room-kitchen. I would say that a fan would be necessary in the living room. The pool and terrace, exclusively for guests’ use, are the highlights. From the terrace, you can enjoy a beautiful view, and the pool becomes essential if you have children.”

Swimming pool delight
The apartment is situated behind the owners house and is upstairs over a garage.
There is a view over the owners house to the sea and mountains beyond.
The apartment is quite quirky with wooden table tops which have been recycled to make the floor and doors.
The small double bed is very comfortable and there is a separate bedroom with 2 single beds which has a small ceiling light window.
The kitchen is very well equipped. The internet tv had many channels to choose from. There is a washing machine outside which we used.
The highlight for us was the swimming pool and jacuzzi which we used everyday.
The view from this area was stunning especially at sunset.
Peter was very friendly and helpful with giving advise and directions.
A great value basic apartment.

Visit 2 - 4 Weeks!
3 weeks last year (see previous review) and just spent 4 weeks there this year. And before we left booked 4 weeks for next year. Wonderful relaxing location, just what the doctor ordered when its starting to freeze in the UK. The hosts, Peter and Carroll are very knowledgeable about the Island and will help you with whatever you need. They have there own home there, but when guests stay the whole of the outside is for the visitors sole use so in effect you have the facilities of a private villa all to yourselves. The views are amazing and apartment is not you usual on the coast rabbit hutch, it is large a spacious apartment with everything you need and very well equipped kitchen area.
Would not have made my 3rd booking here if it was not fantastic.

Great apartment, great location, great views,
Location-wise this is perfect if you want to be away from main tourist destinations. If you want the hustle and bustle of main tourist spots then this is not the place for you....exactly why we loved it. Soo is a quiet village but well located for a nearby surfing beach and Timanfaya National Park. Our first stay in Lanzarote and in reality nothing is far away. The airport is 25 mins away at Arrecife. The village has a small but well stocked supermarket that we used mid-week and did a larger shop at a supermarket in Arrecife.... if you want to eat out there are restaurants in near by villages. Best value was the local teleclub in Munique.
What drew us to what is a great value property was the pool area with the great views of the volcanoes and coast line. We were not disappointed....The pool is lovely and heated with a great hot tub that we took advantage of in the evening.
The apartment was well equipped and clean. We appreciated the wifi access and also satellite TV and also the fact that we had a full linen and towel change at the end of the first week.
Peter was really helpful in recommending places to go and we travelled around the whole island visiting the attractions.
For a well-priced, great value stay away from it all we recommend this property

Estupendo
Todo ha estado genial, su anfitrión, Peter, es persona amable al igual que su mujer y no molestan en ningún momento, cumple con las imágenes de las fotos.
La casa es un pelín calurosa pero normal en la época del año que hemos estado, por lo demás piscina, jacuzzi, zonas comunes etc todo limpio y listo a nuestra llegada, camas cómodas, dispones de movistar plus para ver tele etc sí que echamos en falta una buena cafetera expreso.
Única pega, nefasta para nosotros en particular, las cucarachas enormes que habían, recomiendo comprar insecticida potente antes de llegar y echar todas las noches.

Friend and attentive manner by proprietor.Private and relaxing. Private pool, sauna and sun room. Apartment was perfect for us. If we needed anything all we had to do was phone. Proprietor extremely helpful. Fantastic holiday.

Location of our dreams
The chance to get out of the city is very rare but we found this beautiful spot. the views are stunning ,the apartment is spotlessly clean and spacious. Although It is an apartament we were not bothered by any other tourists and had máximum privacy. The heated pool with its automatic cover was always clean,the hot tub and the patio área offer unobstructed views across the countryside down to the sea. There is plenty of off road parking and the host Peter was always willing to help with the little extras like beach towels , directions and information. In all the ideal spot to soak up the sun and the local atmosphere.
I Will definitely repeat my experience there

Really cool relaxed holiday
This spacious apartment is set in the most beautiful typical Canarian village with stunning panoramic views of the oceans and mountains. The village itself has ample shops, places to eat and bars to have a drink but you are also within reach of both Famara and La Santa just minutes away by car. From the garden of the villa you can see the sea lapping on the shore of La Santa. The pool is of a good size and heated. Everything in the garden, the summer house, pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue and solely for your use. You are guaranteed privacy away from the hustle and bustle of hectic tourist resorts. We were stunned by the view from the gardens of the apartment and the amount of effort made to ensure that you had privacy and everything you needed to relax. The electric swimming pool cover was fantastic, it meant that you did not have to worry about rolling pool covers in and out.
We were surprised by how spacious the apartment was with plenty of room to move around. It offered everything you need to enjoy your holiday and for those of you who like nature you are surrounded by it. The garden is large with plenty of room for the children to play. The village itself is on the main cycle route for the keen cyclists and the host ensured that there was room to safely store your bikes. Speaking of the hosts, we found them to be pleasant and helpful but not intrusive, nothing was too much trouble. They had a good knowledge of the Island and places worth visiting. Just down the road, you can enjoy surfing lessons and a wealth of other water sports.
This apartment and its location is for independent travellers who want to get away from everything and just enjoy everything the Island has to offer. The restaurants offer good food at reasonable prices and the local social clubs do cheap but fresh food. Nowhere is far on Lanzarote because it is such a small Island but it was nice to know that you would not be bothered by noisy nightclubs or fast food restaurants but if you felt the need they were within easy driving distance.
To summarise this apartment and grounds we would have to say that it was exceptional value for money, spacious, clean and completely private. We have not come across an apartment offering so much privacy and space for the amount of money we paid. We fully intend to return to recharge our batteries as soon as we can and knowing that we are not going to be worrying about social distancing or covid enhanced our holiday. An excellent find, exceptional host, and good quality for what we paid

The apartment is up a flight of stairs from the front door. The main room is a Kitchen Lounge and Dining room, with bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The size of the main room is far more than I ever expected from a rental property approx 20 x 30 ft at its max points. The view from the window looks down towards Club La Santa which is approx 4 miles away but he sea views are far reaching - in fact wether you are lounging, in the hot tub or in the swimming pool the views of the sea are there.
The entire space around the owners house is yours - pool hot tub, table and chairs for 8 , BBQ Loungers, chairs on the perimeter to admire the view and the owners blinds are always closed to give you the maximum privacy. I asked Peter if they ever used the pool and his response was - only when we don't have guests, we like our guests to enjoy the surroundings in private.
The village is small and the apartment is perched towards the top of the village in a secluded location with stunning views in all directions - a car is advisable and any part of the island can be reached within 40 mins.
There is a washing machine for guests use so no need to line the airlines pockets with their extortionate baggage fees. The kitchen has everything you need to make it a home from home including a freezer to enable less trips to the shops, although there is a very well stocked local shop within 300m.
Peter and Carroll have lived on the Island for many years so they can advise you all things Lanzarote from attractions to healthcare.
We stayed for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute - we will book 4 weeks next year!
