Ce petit appartement est parfait pour un couple ,mais à réserver ,surtout hors saison, aux amoureux du grand calme .
L'équipement est complet , le comfort trés correct .
Mention toute particuliere pour la terrasse d'où l'on domine la petite plage de galet à 200 m et où le spectacle de l'ocean est omni présent .
A l'abri des vents dominants on a pu y manger tous les jours en short et T-shirt début avril .
Voiture indispensable car aucun commerce sur place et le petit bar resto de la plage n'ouvre qu'en Juin mais Gran Tarajal n'est qu'à 10 km et cette ville encore authetique a tous les commerces et restaurants souhaités .

Location was great
Peace an quiet, clean tidy, we had a good week should have stayed longer, the bar in the village was great, as was our caretaker.

Grandios
Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem Haus unseren Urlaub verbracht.
Die Schlüsselübergabe war völlig unproblematisch (liebe Grüße an Giulia) und das Haus war sehr sauber. Im Kühlschrank fanden wir etwas für den ersten Durst - eine gute Idee, denn wir hatten noch nicht eingekauft.
Der kleine Ort Giniginamar ist ein ruhiges Fischerdorf, welches sich glücklicherweise von den großen, unpersönlichen Touristenhochburgen unterscheidet.
An jedem Urlaubstag, wenn wir nachmittags wieder in den Ort gefahren sind und dieses schöne Haus mit seiner grandiosen Terrasse von Weitem sahen, haben wir uns jedes Mal aufs Neue gefreut!
Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und würden bei einem nochmaligen Besuch der Insel nur in diesem Haus wohnen wollen!!!

Fantastic holiday, great villa and perfect location
We had a fantastic holiday here in Giniginamar and a very relaxing two week break. The villa was great; a perfect size for a couple with plenty of outdoor space with sunloungers, a shaded dining area and private rear garden which all enhanced the indoor space. The views from the villa were stunning and perfect for watching the world go by! The village was lovely and quiet with a great beach, just a short walk away. We arrived late in the evening but were welcomed by the local host. A car is essential as there are no shops in the village and we ate out most evenings at nearby towns, a short drive away. The weather was fantastic, much better than expected for October and we would happily return. Thank you for a brilliant holiday and wish we could live there!

Peace and quiet, but needs a bit of care
For peace and quiet and seclusion, this place is unbeatable. The house is a good size for 2, and the private terrace is enormous (nearly as big as the house) with both shaded and sunbathing areas, and ample furniture.
We were unlucky to hit a jellyfish week, but otherwise the sea is easy to get into from a sloping beach, and calm for swimming. The beach really IS deserted too!
The shower pressure is decent, and there is JUST enough hot water for two consecutive showers. Beds are good pressure and comfortable, if two singles. There are lots of blankets and fans for all weather needs. And most importantly, mosquito screens! Unfortunately, we didn’t find one until our last day, so a Welcome Pack/Folder in the property would be a huge help.
In fairness, I have to say the place felt a bit neglected: Crockery and cutlery had been put away encrusted with food, and the dining chairs covered in breadcrumbs. The beds were also made up with torn sheets. Upon returning, I’ve notified the owner Helen, who has been nothing but helpful from start to finish, and she is looking into the situation.
Everything else about the property really is as per the description. Hence I would still recommend it as it has a lot going for it; you just have to be prepared for what is hopefully some temporary rough and readiness.

Thanks to this review, amongst others, we became aware that the cleaning and management were not up to standard.
We spent a fortnight there ourselves (we don't live on the island) renovating the house and finding new staff.. We have now engaged a great team of people including professional cleaners, who started by deep cleaning and will now maintain a high standard.
We're sorry if some previous guests experienced a less than perfect stay, but have done all possible to ensure that future guests will be more than happy and find the house to be as they expect.

Great villa, very much worth the money!
We enjoyed our stay in Giniginámar and we loved the villa. The scenery from its front terrace is stunning. Giniginámar is all surrounded by hills. There's a stony beach but it's quite good for swimming. People who look after the house, Bettina and Elmar, were very friendly and helpful, and gave us plenty of information about the local area and where to find/get different things. I would definitely recommend this villa. Just note that the place is probably best just for a relaxing holiday as there's no any entertainment in the village apart from sunbathing, swimming and doing bbq (our type of a holiday). ;) And the villa would suit best just 2 people. 4 people max. If we go back we'll most likely go for this villa again. Vadim&Alex

Wonderful location, very special balcony, exceptional value for money
Bougainville 10 is exceptional value for money.
A private, quiet, secluded location with wonderful views from an extensive front balcony terrace overlooking the sea and a shady rear terrace overlooking the garden.
The lounge and kitchen/dining area is spacious and the bedroom in the rear of the house quiet and airy.
Elma & Bettina (who look after the house) are very helpful and generous, two lovely people.
Highly recommended.

A wonderful holiday location
We stayed during December and found Bouganville 10 to be a perfect retreat. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor space with its BBQ, dining area and sunbathing terraces. We arrived after dark and received a very warm and friendly welcome from Bettina and Elmar who provided us with the keys to the property, along with a few glasses of wine and cheese and salami for breakfast.
We had a car for the duration of our stay and therefore the lack of shops in the village was of no concern. The village of Giniginamar is in an excellent position to enjoy southern Fuerteventura and its gorgeous sand beaches, particularly at Risco el Paso.
We hope to be able to stay at this property again and would not hesitate to recommend it to a couple of any age.

terrace on the Atlantic
We loved our stay in the lovely village of Giniginamar. The location is perfect for visiting any part of the Island.
The house, built on the slope of a mountain, has a big terrace out front overlooking the bay with table and chairs and a stone barbecue. The kitchen is well equipped (a house that has knives that cut and a whetstone is a good house!). Two steps separate the kitchen from the cosy living room. Dimmer switches on the lights were much appreciated. The sun comes in the bedroom window and the bathroom is just next to the bedroom. The washing machine is outside on the back terrace surrounded by the typical Fuerteventuristic garden (cactus, palm trees). We felt secure and comfortable and lucky! Whether it be for the sunrise, the ocean, the mountains, the sunset or the stars at night, here is a front row seat.
There is a three minute walk down to the beach, which we mostly shared with seagulls. It is excellent for swimming.
You do need a car, as the host suggests, to shop. Gran Tarajal, the next town along the coast has all commodities – even a 24H grocery store and an internet spot that charged us 1 euro per hour. It is a nice place and the beach is good there as well.
The contact person in Giniginamar is very sweet and she and her husband live not far if ever there is a problem. The owner replied quickly and her enthusiasm gave us the feeling that this vacation was going to be fun. And it certainly was. We hope to be back some day.

Por fin la tranquilidad
Me encanto el sitio, un lugar alejado de las aglomeraciones, al lado mismo de una playa casi solitaria, sin ruidos, pero al mismo tiempo acompañado de algunos vecinos a quienes saludas comos si conocieras porque el entorno te hace sentirlo así.
Ideal para pasear, practicar la pesca y darse unos baños a primera y ultima hora del día.
Comer, beber y charlar con tu pareja y amigos en la terraza de la casa y pasarlo bien.
Fue un descanso y un recuerdo para siempre.
