Excellent Property and finished to a very high speck, Tim the owner met me on arrival and was extremely friendly and helpful, the property is furnished and equipped with everything you will need no matter how long you are staying. the facilities on site are also second to non and Covid friendly as is Tim's property, If you are looking for somewhere to stay look no further

All you need for holiday living and more
The property is located in Meloneras, about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The distance to the beach is not really important when you have a nice and clean pool at the complex. The underground garage is a huge benefit during a hot weather, and Mercadona shortcut walk takes 5 minutes. The complex is well fenced and safe. Tim - the owner is extremely helpful and easy to communicate with. He seems to be 'on standby' all the time! The house is sparkling clean and well equipped, actually everything is pretty new, smell like new and look new! We spent a comfortable week in Tim's house (2 adulds, 2 teenagers). Thank you Tim. We stayed for a week at this fantastic town house which is in a secure gated residential development with a communal swimming pool. Firstly we would like to thank Tim and Raffa, they were so accommodating, friendly and helpful with lots of recommendations for different places to eat and see and nothing was too much trouble. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet and the neighbours are all very friendly and this development has a lovely happy atmosphere. The townhouse is absolutely fabulous with ultra modern accommodation with every utensil you could wish for and more and it is immaculate and spotlessly clean. The front terrace is lovely and sunny in the mornings so nice to sit out at the lovely mosaic cast iron table and chairs having breakfast and from lunchtime onwards the rear paved terrace is a suntrap with a lovely rattan table and chairs to have lunch/dinner at and a big bbq if you fancy cooking. There are couple of very good quality rattan sun loungers with thick mattresses for an afternoon siesta. The lounge is open plan with a comfortable large corner sofa, a beautiful glass dining table and chairs for a late evening snack and the kitchen is absolutely fantastic with a 2 ovens/microwaves, a dishwasher, state of the art hob and sink with boiling water facility. There is a very large fridge and freezer and outside in the utility room is an easy to use washing machine. Downstairs there is a shower room which is very modern and all appliances and furniture are top of the range. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are extremely spacious with huge built in wardrobes and very thick comfortable good quality mattresses and air conditioning units for when it gets a little too warm. There is an extremely modern bathroom with huge walk-in shower. Also upstairs is a lovely sunny balcony which is perfect for nice chill. The communal swimming pool is lovely and again immaculately clean with nice sun loungers and was not very busy at all when we were there so sometimes we virtually had the pool to ourselves. There is a supermarket within a 5 minute walk which has everything you need including a fabulous fish counter and bakery. We only walked into Costa Melonares once but took the wrong route and it took around 25 minutes but have been told it is only around a 10-15 minute walk to the smaller meloneras beach. We used the taxi's which we found to be far are more efficient than any in the UK, we would call them and they would be outside waiting within minutes. A taxi to Meloneras small beach was £3 and to the larger Costa Melonares resort near the lighthouse was £5. I would have no hesitation in recommending this fabulous town house and cannot wait to return. Again thank you to Tim and Raffa for your hospitality and fantastic accommodation.

Fantastic!
Stayed in this beautiful townhouse with friends, and it was first class! The house is modern, spotlessly clean and has absolutely everything you need for a fantastic holiday! Although it is set back a bit from meloneras front, it is only a short walk to the hospital where you can get a taxi for 2 Euro, or if you fancy a walk it takes about 40 mins. I would highly recommend this rental property and will definitely return.

Thank you for the review. Its nice to know that you enjoyed your holidays at our property. I would like to state to my readers, that it is only a 15 min walk to Meloneras beach front and not a 40 min walk. The main resort of meloneras is a bit further away at 1.5 km and about a 30 min walk this is where all the hotels are located. Vacacional homes are not allowed by law in the main resort of meloneras because of the hotel accomodation, so this makes us one of the nearest residencial homes that are legal and available at meloneras .we hope to see you again in the future and thanks again for the review, Best wishes Tim, Alb and Rafa

Tim is a very good host and any queries were promptly dealt with, thank you also to Rafael for the technical know how ! A very friendly place to stay and a good resort. Myself and partner had a wonderful stay at this delightful modern house,it feels like home as everything you require is at your disposal. Great setting in a great location and pleasant walk to the restaurants and sandy dune beach in Meloneras. The owners go out of their way to make sure you have a fabulous holiday and they are very helpful and friendly. Can not wait to return to the newly refurbished house on our next visit !

Holiday Perfection
Wow !! Just returned from this fantastic holiday rental, everything was just so perfect from the moment we arrived, such a warm and friendly welcome....thank you Tim !! Situated in a very peaceful area yet only a short 10 minute walk to the supermarket and 20 minutes to the great beach resort of Meloneras where you will find good selection of restaurants, designer shops and so much more. Very tastefully decorated accommodation throughout with a touch of added luxury, there is a fully equipped kitchen with all you would need to cook the perfect meal should you wish.The dining/lounge area is very spacious and comfortable with a large comfy sofa for total relaxation.. Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms with plenty of wardrobe space, both extremely comfortable with high quality bed linen, and a bathroom with walk in shower, an additional bathroom is downstairs. It has the added benefit of having the morning sun on the front patio and the afternoon sun in the private secluded back patio area where there are sunloungers, table, chairs and bar-b-que for al fresco dining. Our months holiday just wasn't long enough, very sad to leave but know we will return very soon. It was a real pleasure to stay in this perfect holiday rental which definitely deserves an excellent rating. Thank you so much to Tim, Alb and Raffi for making us feel so very welcome, we had the most amazing holiday which you made that extra bit special !! Muchas Gracias, see you soon.

Once again I can not praise this accommodation enough. The care and thought put into the style and decor of the house is immense which gives it a real home from home feeling. The location is also great with a supermarket within walking distance and bars and restaurants about 30mins walk away. Tim Alberto and Rafa are very friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. I have already booked for next January and at the moment it can’t come soon enough

A very well equipped property.
We stayed 10 nights in June (four adults). The kitchen was well equipped and clean. Beds were comfortable. Only pillows were too hard during the first night :) Very close to Mercadona supermarket. The owner, Tim, was a very kind and helpful.

Great Villa strongly recommend
We stayed here as a couple in March 2017. Beautifully decorated, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Nice outside eating areas at the front and private courtyard (sun trap) patio at the rear with loungers. It is very open plan and spacious and useful breakfast bar. Good internet and satellite TV with all the channels and a useful feature where US and U.K films and TV you can switch the Spanish over to the original English audio. The location is great, 5 min drive down to the nice restaurants in Meloneras, the promenade and Maspalomas beach. meloneras beach is only a 10 min walk. Brand new and great supermarket is just over the road five min walk away. Quiet and friendly development, everyone says hello with a lovely pool overlooking meloneras and the beach and dunes in the distance. The pool was bit chilly in March but we braved it and once in was lovely and we had the whole place to ourselves. Tim and Alberto were very welcoming hosts. Highly recommend a stay here.
