We stayed in the apartment just over a week and felt like at home.The apartment was really clean,it's compact,but it has everything you need. The complex is really nice,lovely big swimming pool,parking,5minutes walk to the nearest supermarket. I would advice to rent a car,as you would get a better chance to explore the island,as there so many places for hiking and day outs.

I stayed during the pandemic to get away from things and do some work and cycling. Not only was the apartment clean and the check-in etc all very straightforward, it was very comfortable and well appointed. The internet speed is excellent if you need to work / teleconference. Meloneras, which if you've not visited GC before is an upscale oceanfront setting with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars and a perfect place to watch the sunset, is about a 25-30min walk or a 3-4 Euro taxi ride. The area of the apartment itself is residential and very quiet at night (at least it was during my stay). If you want to create a nuisance and have parties I wouldn't recommend it but if you want a good size two-floor apartment as a base to explore the island plus walking distance from Meloneras it's ideal. The only negative thing I could say is that although the A/C in the bedrooms work, the drain lines have not been fully plumbed in so you have to manually throw out a collection tank - if you leave the A/C on for too long it will leak back inside the apartment. If you know it's not a big deal but beware! A car would be a good idea, although if you just want to get around in Maspolomas/Meloneras it's not essential as taxis are cheap and plentiful. However, I would always advise a car in GC as there is so much to see in the interior as well as the coast. For cycling, this is a perfect base with very quick access to both the coastal road and the mountainous interior. Overall, a brilliant stay. The owners left a number of items including wine and fruits on arrival. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for three weeks and found it to be a perfect location, with a supermarket 5 minutes walk from the house. The house was very well stocked with all utensils - perfect for self catering. The house is 15 minutes walk from the beach and shopping centres and Meloneras is a lovely location. It is very secure as it is a gated complex. We would definitely rent it again as we thoroughly enjoyed it.

This was our second stay in this complex, we were not disappointed. We were greeted by Felix and were made very welcome. The accommodation was great, clean, spacious and well equipped, kettle, microwave, toaster, large fridge freezer, 4 ring hob and oven, it was also great to have a washing machine.The complex it's self is very clean, nice and quiet, it has a lovely swimming pool. There is a large supermarket just 2 minutes walk away and the beach is within walking distance. We look forwards to staying here again.

Very clean house, great to have a shower room downstairs and bathroom upstairs. Secure complex with underground parking and was very quiet during our stay. After a late arrival it was nice to have food and water left for the following morning. The supermarket nearby opens from 09:00 but is closed on a Sunday

Duplex ineinanderverkettet mit lauten Nachbarn - Hunde, Kinder, dünne Wände. Abgewohntes Mobiliar - gut fotografiert. Küche abgenutzt überall Ameisen. Bäder: Alt, klein und muffig. Balkon: Klein, eng und laut zu den Nachbarn. Keine Privatsphäre. Sie schlafen mit den Nachbarn: 2 Kinder, 2 Erwachsene lautes Geschrei. Tipp: Kopfhörer. Kleines altes Bett, dünne Laken (eigenes Bettzeug zu empfehlen). Ausstattung für die Ankunft: Abgezählte alte Handtücher, kurze Einweisung, das war es. Unterhaltung: Wlan gut aber kein deutsches Fernsehen. Fazit: Wenn Sie laute Nachbarn und ein Leben wie in einem Ghetto lieben, in dem es keine Privatsphäre gibt, dann sind Sie hier richtig.

I suggest everyone to rent this property. Nice, clean, fully furnished. Nice and quite area. Everything was perfect. Close to supermarket. Not too far to walk to restaurants. Swimming pool just 2 steps away. 2 patios. Loved it. Thanks

Primeramente cabe destacar la gran atención y amabilidad prestada por los dueños. La casa es ideal no le falta de nada. El complejo es muy seguro y tranquilo ideal para pasar unas vacaciones en familia 100% recomendado

Locatie zeer rustig gelegen. Complex super beveiligd. Van camerabewaking tot automatische hekkens. Ondergrondse beveiligde parkeerplaats inbegrepen. Vakantiehuis zeer volledig ingericht. Zeer goede matrassen op de bedden. Grote ijskast en diepvries. Tv met alle Belgische en Europese zenders. Eigenaar Felix en zoon Thomas zijn super vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi zwembad, wel niet verwarmd. ligging ongeveer 1 km van de kust. Grootwarenhuis mercadino op wandelafstand. Enig minpunt, een auto is geen overbodige luxe.Wij komen hier graag terug. Prijs - kwaliteit is zeker een aanrader.
