The villa is great for large groups. The pool is lovely. Decor is a little dated but that didn’t really matter. Slight shortage of mugs and win glasses. There is a 3 hole crazy golf course which is fun. Lots of good walking routes through the hills. You definitely need a car, the supermarket is walkable but you would struggle to carry the shopping back that far. You need to use the GPS coordinates to find the villa as using the address may send you up some impassable track. There are a lot of dogs nearby which bark quite noisily and a cockerel, but you get used to them. We had 2 day trips to Barcelona - one on a minibus which I booked privately and another day we got a taxi to Cardedeu and caught the train from there. The train takes just under an hour.

We were very pleased with the facilities - spacious property in good condition, well equipped kitchen and large pool. Was perfect for us - extended family of 17 people, 1-70 years old.highly recommended!

I spent a lot of time searching for a villa that was in the Catalonia area, which offered a quiet area for a memorable family holiday. This was my first time booking a villa and was apprehensive. When you book online, you are automatically connect to the management agency who look after the villa, they support you through the booking and require a holding deposit. Once booked, you get great advice and guidance from them. There is a management fee, insurance, cleaning fee, tourist tax and bedding fee added. The main attraction for me was the additional activities available, swimming pool, putting area, tennis area, pingpong and large kitchen area. The villa is 1.7k drive from the nearest village, Sant Pere de Vilamajor. We spent a lot of time here, local small coffee bar and playpark beside, plus local village small supermarket that has what you need. The villa kitchen is lovely, they have all the kitchen resources you need, tea towels too. Pack a dish cloth. The living area is big, with corner sofa area, large TV and big dining table. The TV has 50 channels, all Spanish. Wish we had brought our Firestick. Bring lots of DVDs, USB 2 links on TV. My only concern was the use throughout of florescent lights, soft lighting would be nice in the evening, very bright. The bedrooms are very clean and comfortable. We didn't use all the rooms, the en-suites are good linking to 3 bedrooms. You get a good sleep, as with the shutters the rooms are very dark. There are other villas around, but not too close. Any problems we had, basic things, were quickly fixed by maintenance when contacting the management company. This was great. The pool is cleaned twice a week, we loved that you could lock the pool gate so our child couldn't get in unless supervised. We used the washing facility for clothes, there is a great outdoor washing line and clothes dry very quickly. We did a couple of day trips to Loret de Mar (1 hour drive) for the beach, LaRoca Village Outlet (30 min drive), Sant Pere de Antoni (10 min drive) large play park and outside market. The train station we used was Llinars Del Villes, 15 mins from villa. We jumped on and went to Barcelona for a day (1 hour by train), drops off platform 9/10 and pick up 13. Mercadona supermarket is (15 mins) from the villa for a big shop, very affordable and loads of fresh food. Overall, we loved staying here, walking and running around the local paths. We felt very safe and secure. This villa is a little rural, but gives you the proper Spanish stay. Would recommend.

Nous étions 14 et nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine dans superbe maison.. La maison est très spacieuse et très bien équipée.. Nous avons profité de la piscine,de la table de ping-pong et de la piste de pelote basque et du barbecue.... Située en lisière de forêt,le calme y est absolu.. Proche de Sant Pere De Vilamajor et de Cardedeu pour les courses.. Très proche de la mer et de Barcelone..

The villa is isolated in a great area, easy for nice and long (or short) walks in the nearby mountains. Costa Brava's beaches at 30 minutes drive, but if you don't like crowed places the big swimming pool in the villa will make it. We were 4 families wiith children and we all enjoyed the place. The food markets in nearby towns are nice to visit, with lots of choices. The villa itself is a bit "old fashion" but huge.

Fantastic holiday, with our group of 19 Family members we stayed here for two weeks and had the most fantastic holiday We all had our own separate space. The amenities are brilliant, Pool is fantastic the kids enjoyed every minute of it with the beds and brolly's provided for everyone. Car needed as in remote area, has a large well maintained kitchen, huge barbecue, Large dining area in doors and outdoors every thing you need for a fantastic stay. Would recommend for a truly unbelievable experience.

Fuimos 20 personas, una familia completa, con niños de distintas edades, hasta bebés. Todos los hemos pasado genial. La casa es tal cual las fotos, esta cuidadísima, y ubicada en un paraje natural muy bonito. En plena ruta Cister, muy cerca de muchos pueblos de interés. La casa tiene de todo, piscina, jacuzzi, sauna, barbacoa(Externa e interna), billar,futbolin, animales. Lo hemos pasado genial. Repetiríamos sin dudar.

Superbe villa, idéale pour le grand nombre que nous étions 19 avec nos enfants et petits enfants. Tout était parfait , du mobilier de qualité , la literie excellente. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, tout le monde était ravi. Rien à redire conforme à nos attentes et au descriptif. le + le gril très convivial . Antoine la personne qui s'occupe de l'entretien , une personne d'une grande gentillesse et de serviabilité. le - manque de grandes casseroles de grands plats et grands saladiers car nous étions nombreux.

I stayed at the villas with my partner and our two small children. It was a wonderful experience, all who I dealt with we're delightful. The villas were very clean and luxurious. My partner and I loved the large indoor pool and our kids had a ball playing all day in the outdoor pond. When we felt like getting out and about the beach was only half an hour away as well. It felt like such a peaceful place and the amazing views certainly helped put that cherry on top of our whole experience. I would defiantly recommend staying here and I look forward to returning in the future.

This house was absolutely incredible and ideal for our large group! The villa comes with its own gym as well as a covered recreation area with a ping pong table, a pool table, a pool, and even a sauna! The grounds are beautiful and there's a playground, ponds, and lots of stone walkways. Thanks to the sunny weather, we had an amazing time lounging by the water, but even if it hadn't been sunny, there are so many covered areas that provided enough entertainment, including the two barbecues and a large spaces for outdoor dining. I was so sad to leave this house. It's perfect!
