Great stay with super great hosts. Thanks for everything Bill and Maria. Place has all the essentials needed for relaxing time and an unforgettable view. The sunsets were simply amazing. Definitely will return.

You Wont Be Disappointed !
We visit Rincon once or twice a year and typically stay in 1 or 2 spots that we frequent. We decided to try a new place and this was a great choice, It was super comfortable, beautiful views, We did meet Billy during our stay very nice gentleman. This is a great location your close to everything. You wont be disappointed with your stay here the pool is beautiful and there is a Jacuzzi we did not use any of it but it was clean and looked inviting , but we love the Rincon beaches. It was nice to hang out in the back yard there is a huge grape trellis that drapes the porch overhang, gorgeous views of the mountains comfortable outdoor furniture and beds are comfortable. Enjoy i'm sure we will be back again !

Delightful
Our stay at Rincon Vista was a true vacation! Homeowners Billy and Maria were extremely friendly and open with us. We were worried about everything after the hurricane and it was so good to have a good contact with them already before our trip. House was clean and comfortable, spacious and offered everything we needed. We felt ourselves like at home. Both Billy and Maria helped us with good suggestions where to go and what to see and those food-surprises that Maria prepared for us... well delicious and extremely heartwarming!
We have lots of good memories from Rincon Vista!

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about our stay. The place was amazing and Maria was a delight. She gave us our privacy yet was always there when we needed her. (Bill was travelling during our stay) The location offered the privacy we were looking for yet it was also just minutes from all the local venues. Maria was very knowledgeable about things to see and do on the western side of the island.
We were looking for a stress free week and is exactly whay we found at Rincon Vista!
My favorite part of the stay was using the pool at night. The area has very little light pollution so the stars in the night sky were breathtaking. For us, faving the private pool was much better than staying on the beach. Even though we love going to the beach, we couldn't wait to get back to the pool when we were at the beach! The covered patio that surrounds the house was also very nice to relax on. It offered relief from the July sun with an almost constant ocean breeze. The views of the surrounding mountains and ocean were perfect.
If you are looking for a tropical paradise retreat you will find it here. We will be scheduling our stay for next year very soon. Next time we will stay for two weeks instead of just one. A BIG thank you to our host!!!!

The best place too stay in Rincon and experience what a vacation is suppose to feel like!!!
Many of the reviews have already expressed how we feel about this fabulous place in Rincon. It was a pleasure staying there for a week and enjoying all it had to offer. Home was immaculate and well designed to rest and unwind everyday. We were blessed to be greeted by Maria, a wonderful person who was the best and most gracious host. We were sad to leave because it felt like we were home staying there. When we return, this will be the only place we will want to stay! Thanks again Maria and we wish you joy and happiness and hope too see you soon. :)

Family Vacation
First of I'm so glad I found this house !!! I love Rincon and when I decided to return for a second visit I hoped that I would find a great place for a week . Let me just say that the pictures don't do justice . Billy was great ! He was always a phone call away . We got to meet Billy's wife and she was so sweet ❤️. We felt so welcomed and the house felt like our own for the week. If your not looking for to much excitement this is the town . We wanted sun and relaxation and a safe place, comfy beds and a clean house and we got just that . I hope we can return next yr . !

BEST HOUSE EVER
I stayed with extended family in this beautiful rental,The home was very clean bedrooms were large and the home had plenty of room for my family.The pool is salt water and so nice to come back to after a long day out.There is a table outside with seating enough for the whole family to sit and eat breakfast while taking in the pretty views.There was a store in walking distance that we walked to every morning for coffee.Billy the owner was a wonderful host he met us at the house with the keys when we arrived.There was all amenities needed dishes coffee utensils property was great.

I would recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy their vacation with some privacy.
The home was beautiful, clean, and very spacious. Not far from entertainment and beaches. The people in Rincon are very polite & inviting. Anna the owners daughter who lives on the property was very sweet and gave us our privacy as well. The house does not have AC but because it is very open the fans were enough to keep the house nice and cool especially at night. My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay. It was wonderful. I would recommend to anyone who wants to go on vacation but be away from the regular tourists areas in PR.
