Excellent location, easy access to beach a block away. The house is in a court that is privately gated which is lovely for access, safety and security especially if you rent a car to venture out and about. Great in that it is located in a more residential area so you get more of a realistic flavor of Puerto Rico, of course the touristy area with hotels isn't far away if you like that as well. Great benefit of walkable restaurants, and beach. And the airport is a very short drive. Our large group was very comfortable. The host was kind and accommodating, and easily reach.. which is always plus.

Fabulous location in Isla Verde, very short walk to beach and restaurants. Large group was very comfortable! Huge patio to gather on every night. Jesus could not be nicer to deal with and came on Sunday night to help with a TV problem. We loved it and will definitely go back.

Firstly I must say Jesus is excellent at communicating and ensuring all questions are answered before your arrival. That alone makes for an excellent trip as I felt confident before getting there. The house is very simple with all the basics you need for a good time near the beach. It was a group of 8 of us and everyone had a bed and slept pretty comfortably. With a Walgreens right next door, anything you need is within walking distance. Pretty cool to live in a gated community as you feel safe and there is a driveway for parking, which is always a bonus. The kitchen is well stocked and having a washing machine was a big bonus for the sandy towels. We def had to get used to the bunk beds, but overall it worked for us.
