Beautiful apartment in such a great location. Tibor met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and gave us hint and tips on what to see whilst in Budapest.
The apartment had everything we needed, the bathroom and kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed.
The apartment is so central to everything, within walking distance to good restaurants and bars. Most of the tourist attractions are only 10-15 mins away.
Highly recommend this apartment, it’s decorated to a really high standard and is like staying in a high end boutique hotel.
Look forward to a return visit when the weather is a bit warmer!

Brilliant!
The apartment and location were brilliant - especially given that my parents were staying with us. Tibor was excellent especially re: pre-visit correspondence, arranging transfers (his preferred taxi driver was a really good guy, too) and with all the summary tourist information provided in the apartment.
The location was ideal for the restaurants in the Jewish Quarter, catching the hop on hop off bus and accessing the riverside attractions. Our highlights (which we pre-booked) were: the Parliament Tour, night cruise (Legenda, dock 7 - classy and great customer service) and a table at the New York Cafe (with Hungarian gypsy music at regular intervals - a rare one off, treat!).
The Great Synagogue is full of surprises and a must. We would also recommend the Gelleret Baths and the Church in the Cave, opposite the Baths. We went the the Terror House, on a prior visit, which is a real eye-opener given the creative way in which the history of the occupation is described and respected.
The last word, however,must go to the Barack and Szilva restaurant. Great Hungarian food and soft music. Recommended by our close friends and brilliant on every level and amazing value. This is the first place we will book when we return for a third visit to Budapest (and the second place will be Tibor's)! Thank you, Tibor & friends. A wonderful experience!

fantastic place to stay to visit all of Budapest
If you want to be central to the sites on the Pest side of the river you can't do better than stay in these apartments.From the first contact with Tibor by email to the arrival at the spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable apartments everything was as good as you could wish for.
Nobody could be more helpful with information, both before arrival and on arrival than Tibor. Everything was as good as the website made it look. Nice little touches like some early needed provisions of coffee, tea milk etc.. Lounge area really spacious, beds very comfortable and everywhere very clean. Tibor's knowledge of the city was helpful and there are loads of brochures and information leaflets of things to do and see. I would definitely go back if I return to Budapest again. What more can I say!

Superb, comfortable, clean, centrally located apartment with great hosts
Tibor and Csaba are the fantastic hosts of this excellent, very well equipped apartment. Every part of our communications from start to finish was warm, helpful, and very efficient.
The apartment is beautiful and very spacious. It is absolutely spotless too. The bed is BIG and extremely comfortable. We really enjoyed all the lovely features of this Pest apartment, like the parquet flooring, the ceiling roses, mood-lighting and the original doors. The furnishings are very comfortable and tasteful. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking 'at home', if you wish to. The two bathrooms (one with a great walk-in shower, the other with a shower over the bath) are really lovely.
Tibor and Csaba have truly done an amazing job renovating the apartment. They have been very thoughtful in providing folders of lots of superb tourist tips and a good number of excellent books and magazines about the city.
Although it is centrally located, we had no trouble with street noise, and the blackout blinds function very well. It is very well placed for transport, being just a short walk from both the hub at Deak ter (trams, buses, Metro lines 1, 2 and 3 ... also the airport shuttle bus stops there) and Oktogon for the very frequent 4 and 6 trams and a Metro 1 stop.
We recommend everything about this apartment very highly, and we look forward to returning there on our annual trips to Budapest.

Tibor est genial et il a assisté à chaque détail. Il m'a dit de tous les bons restaurants, et sites touristiques avec les plans aussi. Il-y-a un diffuseur arome. Il a ajoute une touche spéciale. Il a pense tout! L'appartement est chic et bel. J'espère que je pouvais habiter lá-bas. Je me souvien beaucoup de Budapest avec plaisir. Cet appartement, c'est un autre souvenir merveilleux pour nous.

Our stay at the Paulay Premium Suite Opera was phenomenal! Nothing was left to chance, as every detail to every aspect of our stay was given great attention. The apartment was SPOTLESSLY clean, warm and inviting. ANYTHING you could need, want or use was provided, from coffee to clean linens, to a great kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need. Tibor and Chaba were attentive from the word go! They met us, helped bring our luggage in, showed us all the components of the apartment, shared great information regarding the neighborhood and city, and on, and on, and on! Binders with suggestions, pictures, etc. were available for reference, at all times. NOTHING was left to chance! It was marvelous! Any time we had a question, they responded immediately, and took care of all our needs. We DEFINITELY would stay here again, or in ANY of their units. What an UNBELIEVABLE DELIGHT! Thank you!!

amazing property in great location
This suite is located in a very central location close and very walkable to so many attractions. The suite itself is in an old unassuming building and has been totally renovated with a wonderful mix of the old being restored and the new where it matters most (kitchen, bathrooms, beds). It was spacious, clean and was stocked with so many amenities that it really felt like home (coffee, oils, snacks, shower soap, laundry soap, etc). It was perfect for 2 adult couples as both bedrooms were large, had king-sized beds, plenty of storage and 2 bathrooms. Our host Tibor was so welcoming, helpful and available thereby enhancing our trip even more. We would visit again and we will be recommending this suite to all our family and friends.

Fanatastic stay at a lovely place!
Fantastic stay at a lovely apartment! Very charming, comfortable and well equipped. The location was fabulous. Very centrally located and we were able to walk pretty much everywhere. It is obvious Tibor loves his city and wants to make sure anyone visiting makes the most of their time and has the best experience. In addition to meeting us and orienting us to the apt, he gave us a quick overview of sights and restaurants. He had printed folders with info available as well. Budapest is an awesome city and we so appreciate Tibor's hospitality. My friend and I would highly recommend this apt.

Spectacular apartment in the heart of Budapest!
We were met at the apartment by Tibor and given a little tour to show us how everything worked. It is quite a beautiful place, very elegant, spacious, and newly-remodeled. We loved the lovely white color scheme, the comfy beds, the modern kitchen outfitted with all we needed for our stay, including an excellent Lavazza coffee maker. Tibor is an excellent communicator, which I really appreciated, both before our arrival and during our stay. All questions promptly answered. The location is ideal, in the old Jewish Quarter, near many wonderful bars and restaurants and a short walk to the Danube River and other sights. In the apartment there is a very complete book of recommended places to eat, things to see and do, compiled by Tibor, very helpful. We hope to return to this lovely apartment in the future!
