I opened Andy's Apartments in Budapest in 2015. Located in the middle of Budapest city centre - close to main attractions of Pest, River Danube, Deák Square and many public transport —, on the 4th floor in a national monument building .
Main tourist sights of Budapest are within walking distance :the St. Stephen Basilica, the world 2nd largest working Synagogue, the Fashion Street, Andrassy street, Budapest Eye, Opera House, Chain Bridge, Academy of Music, Danube Promenade, Millenium Underground. Vaci Street (the traditional pedestrian zone of Budapest) is also just a few minutes walk away.
You can easily reahc the center of Buda and Castle district by the nearby public transportation facilities (Metro, buses, rikshaw cab) within 10 minutes. Firstly, Andy is a very helpful lady that made sure our stay was exactly how we wanted it - effortless. The arrival process (as it is not a hotel with a reception) is easy. The lift was small, but my girlfriend and I could fit in there with our luggage.
The apartment was immaculate and beautifully presented, to the point I thought there had to be some dust somewhere so looked around... Nope. Spotless. The apartment is huge with lots of space. The kitchen is equipped like my kitchen at home. The bathroom is as clean as can be. The bed was very comfortable and had loads of pillows. There was a bit of noise from the bar across the street at night one night, but the apartment is slap bang in the middle of Budapest - you've got to expect a bit of noise at night! - Nothing that stopped me from sleeping well.
All in all I couldn't fault it. Great location, homely luxury, all at an amazingly good price. 5 stars from me!

Brilliant!
Прекрасное местоположение! Все в пешей доступности - Дунай, улица Ваци, станция метро, соединяющая все три ветки, улица Kiraly с барами, базилика, синагога, проспект Андраши. Место достаточно спокойное, не смотря на близость баров. Уютная студия, есть практически все, что нужно - посуда, бокалы, приборы (даже ножницы), утюг, фен, средства для мытья посуды, сахар и чай, даже что-то из еды. Такое редко бывает, во многих апартах первым делом идешь с длинным списком в магазин. А тут - сказка просто! Даже ватные палочки, меня это прямо умилило ). Душ хороший, вода горячая без перебоев - что еще надо усталому путешественнику! Вай фай отличный.
При заселении, если вас не смогли встретить - можно заселиться самим, это даже интересно, небольшой квест. Но все просто и понятно - прислали инструкцию, видео.
Один момент - мы не нашли чайник ) Может, просто не заметили где-то в ящиках. Полочку в душе. И можно б белье поновее... Бязь, например, хорошо и долго служит. Но это все такие мелочи на фоне прекрасно проведенного времени! Спасибо хозяевам!

This is where Metro lines M1, M2 and M3 meet underground, and Károly Avenue, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky Street, Király Street, Deák Ferenc Street (Fashion Street) and Harmincad Street come together above the ground. Insider Tip: Király utca used to be the outer boundary of the former Jewish quarter. Gozsdu Courtyard, a series of passages and courtyards connecting Király utca and Dob utca, is also located here at Király utca 11. This was once the core of the Jewish quarter with stores and workshops. Today, it's a residential complex with restaurants, underground pubs and cafés. Gozsdu Courtyard comes alive every Sunday during GOUBA, a weekly Sunday bazaar held from spring to fall. Don't forget that Andrássy Avenue runs parallel to Király utca and is only two blocks away.
