Quyen is a wonderful host, who put very much effort in making it a comfortable stay for the guests: - She gave good recommendations for Hue (we followed all her good restaurant advices) - The rooms are very clean and modern and what is important to me: She tries to make it as plastic free as possible (e.g. no plastic bottles) - We even received a small present with a handwritten note from her - Communication is easy via WhatsApp - Breakfast is very good (banana pancakes by her aunt!) - The whole BNB is very modern and nice

Loved our stay at Purple Hue due to the fantastic service we received. The staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service and were all so welcoming. From our initial check in until our check out, all of the staff, especially Quyen, made us feel at home and welcomed. The rooms are small and basic but in a good central location with restaurants being about a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast provided was lovely. Would really recommend this hotel - clean rooms, good value for money and excellent service.

Durante il nostro soggiorno al Purple ci siamo sentiti accolti molto calorosamente! Già dall’arrivo, la grande famiglia che gestisce la struttura, ci ha innanzitutto fatto sentire a nostro agio e poi ci ha saputo dare tutte le informazioni necessarie e utili che ci servivano. Molto gentili, accoglienti e premurosi. Buonissimo il tè preparato al mattino a colazione dalla zia della famiglia. Consigliamo vivamente la struttura per chi volesse visitare la città. Ubicato molto vicino alla zona dei locali e dei ristoranti.

I traveled to Hue for 6 days as a stranger · my purpose was to draw at the Tu Hieu Pagoda · My stay at the Purple Hue Bnb allowed me to work as a part of a community rather than as that of a stranger · The kindness and welcome from the community at Purple Hue, gave me encouragement and helped me to learn more about the culture of Vietnam and the beautiful city of Hue. Tinh e la sua famiglia vi accoglieranno come vecchi amici... Vi faranno sentire a casa e li amerete fino dal check in (mai avuto un'accoglienza così completa!)... Si possono lasciare i bagagli e fare una doccia prima di partire anche se si è già effettuato il checkout! Ottima colazione e pulizia perfetta! Altamente consigliato! Tinh ci manchi già!!! 😘

Quyen was so helpful with amazing English! The rooms are stylish with lots of toiletries and the pillows are the comfiest we've used in south east asia- ace night's sleep.

Couldn't speak more highly about the people that work in purple hue, so helpful with any question we asked and they went well out of their way to help us.

We only stayed 1 night but WISH we had more time to stay more! This place has been recently freshly renovated from the ground up, all the way to the 4th floor. The finishings and small touches were noticed and greatly appreciated - 4 x pillows, toiletries, quality of breakfast, pendant lights, fridge and linen comfort. The owners also made effort to sit with you and make on google maps places to see, eat and drink all within your time and budget limits. The costumer service and kind nature of all the staff was second to none, it felt like home :) When we return to Hue we won’t hesitate to spend a week here! We really appreciated the owner asking us at check out for any feedback - of which we had nothing but positive feedback. We really loved it here. Congratulations guys, you’re created something special.
