Wow! Not enough stars to rate, this place it is so good. Getting off the ferry into the town of Sebang was an eye opener and then you arrive at the top of the hill to an amazing view & feeling of seclusion. Owners Rochelle & Anthony and staff are so welcoming, friendly & helpful. They will happily oblige with any questions etc and help you with what to do on the island.The villa is a large room with a huge comfortable bed with beautiful fresh linen, an ensuite and large glass sliding doors opening to the stunning view over the pool of the sea. Away from the hustle & bustle of the town we decided to forgo the nightlife and have chilled out evenings with dinner each night cooked by their chef including vegetables from their gardens. Beautiful food including breakfast. Magical sunrise from the bed.Snorkelling at their private beach. What more could you want. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

This place is awesome. I spent a week here on honeymoon from 27 Dec 2014 and it lived up to our expectations. The property is located on a hill with frsh air and sea views to Batangas. The location is nice and quiet as it is just out of sight of Sabang, and all the noise and traffic, yet only a two minute scooter ride away plus there is a lack of Roosters around (something to think about when holidaying in the Philippines). The hosts, Anthony and Rochelle, were great. They picked us up from the wharf and helped us hire a decent scooter. They also showed us around town for where to buy food, groceries, decent restaurants and bars as well as dive tours and activities. The room is modern and clean as is the grounds. The hosts were very warm and welcoming and easy to deal with and even invited us up to the main house for dinner with them twice. If your looking for somewhere clean, tidy, modern, peaceful and comfortable in Sabang this is the place. I hope to return here again.
