Our daughter got married in Guatemala last week. We were happy to find this group of houses together. As our guest list grew so did your needs. We actually ended up renting a 5th house next door and an additional one outside of the complex. The set up was perfect. Having a common courtyard that connected the homes with a beautiful pool and hot tub was great for sitting out in the morning for breakfast and catching up after a day of exploring. The wedding took place on the 4 day of our 5 day stay. Because of the way the housing was arranged everybody knew each other by this time, which made their visit and our wedding all the more meaningful. This would not have been possible had we rented rooms in a hotel. As for the accommodations themselves, each home was beautifully decorated and well maintained. The cleaning staff was delightful and very attentive. The guards were friendly and our guest who had not been to Guatemala felt safe in the neighborhood. The communication with Flor was easy through email and all questions were answered promptly. The location is in a quite area of town close to the market and easily walkable to the main square and restaurants. Antigua is a beautiful city. I would highly recommend these homes, especially if you have a large group for any occasion. This was a once in a life time event for our family and much of the ease and enjoyment came from our accommodations

This was a wonderful surprise as to just how beautiful this home is! It looks great in the photos, but in person it was even better! Pool is fun and hot tub too! Super clean, comfy beds, and a welcoming vibe. Flor was so accommodating to our group and even let one of our moms traveling with us to stay a little longer to allow her son who was feeling ill to sleep longer and rest a bit more. Wonderful to have yummy banana bread on arrival and also the information about the local area was great! Location to town is perfect, easily walkable and yet quiet location. We will stay here again for sure!

We loved the house and location. Very convenient to town but quite and safe. The guard at the entrance to the small housing development was reassuring. Friendly staff, great house, very clean and very pretty. We will be back! Thanks

I was traveling for work in Guatemala city with some colleagues and we wanted to spend the weekend in Antigua. We rented two of the villas, each of us had our own room and bathroom. The communication with Paola was wonderful, we were able to easily access the villas upon arrival and check ourselves in. The villas were on one side of the city, but walking distance to everything. A grocery store was only a few blocks away and we were able to purchase food to make breakfast each day. We ate out at the restaurants that were also within walking distance. The villas were in a safe neighborhood with a secure entrance and guards, we felt very safe.

This place is amazing. It is a few blocks away from anything you need in the city. The staff is super friendly and took great care of us while we were there. The security at the gate was also very friendly and made it easy for us to get in and out. The house is clean and everything about it is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our second stay in this fantastic rental. There are 4 spacious homes surrounding a beautiful courtyard with pool and hot tub, located in a gated community. There is daily maid service, laundry, and if you ask, they can arrange a cook for very reasonable prices. We love being in a house with all the amenities of a hotel, but much more space and flexibility. Great for families.

We had a wonderful time staying in Casa Santa Cruz in Antigua. The home and gardens were meticulously cared for and well equipped with everything my family needed for a great vacation. The home was spacious and had beautiful rustic furnishings. The neighborhood is extremely safe and the home is located inside a beautifully gated community. We were walking distance to shops and small restaurants and about a 10-15 minute walk to downtown Antigua. Paola and her staff were wonderful and made this part of our trip seamless. My family and I had a lovely time and I look forward to our next trip to Antigua.

Located near the heart of Antigua, this gem is nearly perfect. The main street is only a short walk away, so the location was convenient. It is quite spacious and beautiful. The Spanish-colonial architecture is so lovely that my wife spent significant time trying to figure out how to copy parts of it for the home we’re building. The view from the balcony is of a large volcano. (It looks much larger in person than the picture above.) One evening, watched a volcano erupt and molten lava flow down the side. The cleaning services keeps it immaculate—they even picked my clothes up off the floor and washed them. The pool and hot tub are very nice. (Note that if you turn off the jets the hot tub cools.) The kitchen was nice and fully stocked with appliances, pans, dishes, etc. It had everything we needed. The place had wifi, which is nice to avoid large data charges. One of my few complaints is that it didn't work in a few places in the house. It is within a gated community with guards, so it is safer. But the downside is that they don’t let vehicles come and go after 11:00. So you’ll be stuck walking if you want to stay out later. Highly recommended.
