- Worst stay ever! It started with the arrival. We
informed the agency being responsible for the renting
about the estimated arrival time one day before. They
confirmed our arrival afterwards without any sign of
kindness with a simple "ok". We had booked the room
months ago. When arriving no one was there. The
booked parking place was blocked. We needed to stay
with the car on a heavily frequented street for quite a
long time. When calling the agency no one accepted
the phone call. After two further calls without success
finally someone answered telling us that the apartment
is clean and ready and the parking place is available.
What a lie. During the phone call we realized that the
apartment was open and dirty. Guess that was dirt
from the previous guests. There were even excrements
on the toilet. When telling this the agency they finally
had the pity with us to speak with the owner. The truth
is that they had completely forgotten us. What a
welcome after a long trip with a small baby! Two hours
later the apartment was finally tolerably clean. So we
moved in. My wife, me and our little baby. Already when
moving in we noticed a really really strong chemical
smell. After visiting the old town we came back and we
realized that the strong smell was still there. As we
were traveling with a baby we were a little bit worried
about the smell. So we asked the owner. Both - he and
his wife - ensured that there is not such a smell which
we both smelled - my wife and me. As they promised
us that they've used no chemicals at all before our
arrival we trusted them and kept the window open
during night, hoping that the smell gets away. With all
the mosquitos outside the apartment (there were many
biting ones!) that was not the best idea. When coming
back from the bakery the next morning I realized that
the smell was still there and as strong as before.
Therefore we contacted booking in order to evaluate
whether it's possible to cancel the apartment.

Stay in Dubrovnik
Apartment had sufficient facilities for our needs as a couple. Good position, close to the old town.
Less than 10 minutes walk down to the old town - however, if less able, the steps to get back to the apartment can be tiring (especially in the heat!)
We had a medical emergency while on holiday and the apartment owner couldn't do enough to help us! Very helpful and friendly.

Kind, accommodating and close!
The studio is perfectly appointed and about a 5 minute walk to Old Town. There are several restaurants just a couple minutes walk including a bakery and coffee shop. The hosts kindly let us leave our car parked after we were checked out so we wouldn’t have to look for parking around the city. Excellent stay!

Spectacular!!
My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights during our time in Dubrovnik. Parking on site, but you may be blocked in, but hosts are available to move cars around if needed. The apartment was perfect! Cold drinks were waiting for us in the fridge, and the apartment has everything you need. A small kitty, belonging to the hosts hung around, and was a lovebug, loves attention. There is a small terrace with a table and chairs with a view of the Adriatic and Old Town. The flowers smell amazing!! It's a 5-10 minute walk to Old Town, down an old cement stairway. Note, it's 103 steps... down isn't bad, but up can get tiring. But all of the Old Town is stairs. ALL of it. From the apartment you can access Old Town by walking the sidewalk along the road, but will still need to walk back up to apartment, either by the stairs or roadway. But it is totally worth it!! The location was incredible. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would absolutely stay again, and highly recommend. Thank you.for helping make our vacation top notch!!

Charming Dubrovnik apartment
A perfect little apartment for exploring Dubrovnik.The apt was clean , modern and well appointed.There is a nice shady outdoor space and terrace overlooking Old Town .The location is perfect just above and a short walk to Old Town and the beach below.The owner and her daughter were very helpful.Highly recommended for a stay in Dubrovnik

El departamento buena ubicacion, aunque tenia falencias en algunas cosas como falta de luz en la kichenet, muy poca iluminacion en general. despues de eso todo bien.

Fragrance!
Great location,5 minutes walk from Old Town,sweet balcony to enjoy view and gorgeous orange blossom fragrance.We needed somewhere with parking,family very helpful.The studio is clean,well equipped,and comfortable.

Perfect
This was such a great wee apartment in Dubrovnik. It's just outside the city walls - a 2 minute walk down some stairs - but gives you some peace and tranquility away from the crowds. There's a beautiful balcony which we had breakfast on every morning with a view of the port. Our hosts couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. We were picked up at the airport and they provided us with all the information we needed. Really lovely people. I would definitely recommend this place both for its location and lovely hosts.

Lovely and comfortable apartment, great view and very kind and helpful owners
We stayed at this apartment for 2 nights last June. The apartment is perfect. It has everything you need and in a comfortable location, at walking distance of the main atractions of one of the most amazing cities I ve ever visited. It also has a very nice view from the terrace, where you can enjoy your own breakfast. I would like to thank specially the owners of this apartment as they helped us solve a problem we had with a parking ticket, even when this problem appeared 2 months after returning to our country (Argentina) , so I would like to recommend this place not only because it is perfect for a Holiday but also because it is managed by nice and friendly people, and that means a lot to me.
