Our stay at Apartments Petra was excellent. The staff, Tom and Tony, are excellent. Tom met us as planned and helped with the luggage. When we had an issue with the washing machine, both were at the apartment in minutes to fix it. The location is excellent and the street is quiet, perfect for the light sleeper. The bed is comfortable. The shower is great.
We have three minor recommendations: leave instructions on how to work the washing machine; replace the handle on the refrigerator and put a toilet paper holder in the bath.
Oh, I almost forgot the wonderful breakfast at Sesame. It is a short walk out of the Old City, but worth it. Good food, service and ambiance.
We would highly recommend Apartments Petra to anyone considering Dubrovnik.

Excellent location and lovely apartment
Stayed at this place in n the 31st of August for two night and the place location is fantastic. Plenty of things to do. The apartment is furnished very nicely and is very clean. I’d go again and would definitely recommend this place 👍🏻

Great location and service
Lovely apartment and great location in the center of the old town. It was very quiet so we managed to sleep well.
Damir from cafe Festival showed us the apartment and kindly helped with our luggage.
Air con is great and cools the apartment in minutes.
The kitchen is very well equipped and the apartment, although not large, is very functional. Washer dryer was very helpful.
The breakfast at cafe Festival on the main street was delicious, the service excellent and staff very friendly.
The host Petrica provided us with all the necessary instructions before the arrival and also checked was everything ok during our stay. Thanks for the really nice wellcome gift :)

Hotel Dubrovnik
We stayed at Apartments Petra, excellent place, confortable and great location in the center of old town Dubrovnik. Breakfast at cafe Festival was excellent too, very friendly people, delicious food and great service.

Fantastic
Fantastic location in the old town at the lower level and not high up close to the walls! Very friendly organisers who met us on arrival. Lovely cooked breakfast at the easy to find Cafe Festival. Well equipped with good air con.

Excellent location
Very nice and clean apartment with excellent location in the old town. Breakfast at a nice café was included. (A very short walk from the apartment.)

It was exactly what I wanted!
Cute little apartment, perfect for one or two people. The location was fantastic and it had all the comforts of a little home. It looked just like the photos and was a welcoming and charming place to stay. The breakfast was appreciated at Festival cafe.

Great contemporary apartment in Old town Dubrovnik
My husband and I rented Petrica's apartment for a few days in September during our travels throughout Croatia. The apartment is exactly as the pictures appear. It has been recently renovated and is in excellent condition. It is located in old town Dubrovnik and close to all the local restaurants and shopping within Dubrovnik.
Petrica is a wonderful host and was great to work with. She provided us with all the instructions needed before we arrived to ensure we had a smooth arrival. She also provided us with her contact information so we could contact her when we arrived in Dubrovnlk.
The rental also included breakfast each day at the Festival cafe. This was a great added bonus to get your day started and was only a few minutes walk from the apartment. It was at the Festival cafe where we met Damir (a friend of Petrica's) who worked at the cafe and who was responsible for taking us to the apartment to show us around and how to use all the amenities. If we had any questions Petrica and Damir were always available.
The apartment was well equipped with everything you would need when it comes to the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen, and living room, including a washing machine, towels and a hair dryer. We utilized everything the apartment had to offer.
Since we travel to Europe often, we find it to be more comfortable to stay in an apartment then a Hotel. Some of the main things we look for in an apartment is location to all main attractions, cleanliness and how new the apartment. This apartment had all the things we look for when renting in Europe.
When I was doing my research for an apartment in Dubrovnik, Petrica's apartments came highly rated. Petrica has multiple apartments of various sizes and multiple bedrooms. I am sure from our experience with renting from Petrica that any of her apartments would be a great choice. We stayed in her one bedroom which was perfect for us and I highly recommend any who is interested in vacationing in Dubrovnik to rent from Petrica I know you will enjoy you stay.

Fantastic stay
We were a bigger traveller group of which one couple stayed in this lovely studio. Everything was perfect: location, decor, cleanliness. Apartment had all what they needed, good linens, bathroom necessities, kitchen equipment, tv etc. In the morning there was nice breakfast at cafe Festival! Highly recommend and we all want to thank Petrica and Damir, who helped us every possible way!

Perfect little apartment in the heart of the Old Town
We loved our stay at aparrment Petra. It's a compact little place with a comfy bed, great shower and all the basic amenities. It's steps away from everything in the old town, including a. It's little wine bar just around the corner. Instructions for the washing machine would be appreciated for non-local users.

Whilst we expect the apartment to be left as you found it we give it a good clean too and this is included. We prefer renting per week. Long term and winter rates are negotiable.
In high season (July/August) for overnight stays less than 3 nights you will be charged an additional 30% of the quoted price.
You can give us Credit Card Authorization only for reservation
We will charge your credit card for cancellation fee ONLY if you cancel the reservation less than 30 days prior to the arrival. Otherwise, you should pay the full amount in cash upon the arrival and there will be NO CHARGES to your credit card.
For cancellations made by 30 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 50% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show and cancellations made by 7 days before the check-in day 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
