Wonderful homestay with great attention to detail.
The location is tucked away with great views of the port. The apartments are very well designed and have everything you could need for a relaxing stay. The owners are very welcoming and look after their guests. Accommodation is very clean and Ivana's attention to detail ensured our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Keep up the good work.

너무 편하고 쾌적했어요.
룸이 너무 쾌적하고 주방기기도 완벽하게 갖추어져있었어요. 발코니에서 바라보는 일몰도 환상적이였구요. 메인버스역이랑 멀지도않아서 여행하시기 편하고 올드타운으로 가는 버스도 주변에 많아요. 냉방시설도 잘되어있어서 쾌적했습니다. 늦은밤에 체크인했음에도 잘 챙겨주셨고, 부족한게 없었네요. 잘 머무르다갑니다^^

Very very nice place and good service
Clean and nice.Very good service. Perfect if you are 2 separet families who want to be together, but you still have your own privat part.Not far from the main street where you have restaurants and a supermarket even closer.

wonderful people, wonderful place
we arranged with Ivanha to have a car to meet us at the airport which is a good idea and we were at the apartment very quickly and the driver was very nice and spoke English. The apartment was excellent and had everything you need. very modern and spotless. The welcome pack was very good and included beers and a bottle of wine (essentials) and lots of goodies and tea ,coffee and milk. ivanha's mother had also baked us a cake. ivanha was a wonderful host very helpful and gave us lots of information about places we should see and what activities we could do. we had a lovely week visiting the old town of Dubrovnik which is a must do. We also went sea kayaking which was fun .The apartment is close to the ferry port and there are lots of boat trips going from the nearby harbour. We used the ferries to visit the other islands and found it to be a good service and much cheaper alternative. Buses are easy to use and also cheap. We were moving onto Sipan for another week and Ivanha very kindly let us keep the apartment until late afternoon then drove us and our luggage down to the ferry port for no charge. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends

Super friendly hosts providing you a home away from home
4 or 5 star hotel like cleanliness and attention to detail. Even got free (I mean no extra costs) local bus tickets, breakfast including cereals, juice, bread and spreads; car park & beers. Super comfortable bed and fantastic hosts in Ivana and her mother. Would definitely want to stay there again.

Very satisfying stay
Located in a residential suburb of Dubrovnik. Five to ten minutes from bus access- requires climbing some stairs, as most places in Dubrovnik do. A clean and well appointed one bedroom apartment in garden setting. Very quite. Initially the location was somewhat overwhelming, but after a short survey of the area, it turns out to be a good place within the community. Somewhat better than sterile hotels. The owner /Manager - Ivana was very helpful. Arranged transport from airport and awaited our arrival. In addition to the welcome cheese, tidbits and cookies, also coffee, bread etc was provided for breakfast. Ivana had also prepared maps for travel from and to apartment, and she provided the first two bus tickets. At the end of our stay, she very kindly got her father to transport us and our luggage to the Port for our sailing. There are some good restaurants close to the port area - within five to ten minutes walk from the apartment. Ivana - thank you for making our stay in your apartment very pleasant. We will stay in the apartment again if we had another opportunity to visit beautiful Dubrovnik.

Great apartment in Dubrovnik!
Great apartment in Dubrovnik! Full kitchen, comfortable rooms and quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Gruz harbor, where it is possible to take a bus to the old town. The host Ivana is so nice and makes your stay even more pleasant!

New, clean, fully equipped and great host
Staying at Palm Tree Paradise Apartments was a great experience! Despite our late arrival, we were warmly welcomed by our host Ivana. We slept incredibly well as the surroundings were very quiet. We very much enjoyed the home-made jam, tasty wine and bread provided by Ivana. The herbs growing in the adjacent garden were great for cooking and fresh mint tea in the morning! We also made thankful use of provided beach towels and cushions. Very highly recommended.

Nice apartment with extremely friendly hosts
We stayed in Palm Tree Paradise apartment no. 2 last summer. Our group was four people (two couples). We really enjoyed our stay in Palm tree paradise apartment. Hosts were very friendly and helpfull, they gave us many good tips about where to go and what to do. If we had any questions our needs, they were more than happy to help us. Place itself was vwonderfull and it was nice to have drinks in own terrace and cook breakfest in own kitchen. If I ever travel to Dubrovnik again, I would definetly choose palm tree paradise apartment again.
