Our family of six, three generations, booked this villa for two nights so we could recuperate after the long overnight flight before beginning our Croatian travels. It surpassed our very high expectations. Adrian and Naira's welcome on the patio with drinks, the most gorgeous views in all directions, the flowers surrounding the beautiful pool, Naira's music, the air conditioning in extreme summer heat, the clean and comfortable rooms, having coffee on the balcony watching yachts pass Lokrum island....we all agreed we were unhappy leaving! It was just what the doctor ordered, especially for our two grandchildren who lived in the water. Thank you for being such wonderful hosts and starting our vacation with peace and joy.

The first thing you notice at Villa Adrian is the warm and gracious welcome extended to you from Adrian and Naira. We arrived late at night, Adrian kindly arranged airport transfers for us and did some shopping for essentials too. . Having settled in to our rooms for a comfortable nights sleep we awoke to what can only be described as the most beautiful views of the Old Town and of course the sparkling, azure blue Adriatic. The Villa has a very large terrace with room for everyone to eat together, sunbathe together although if all 8 of us got in the pool together that may have been a squeeze! That said, the pool is perfect for taking a dip in to cool down. The unexpected highlight however was the beautiful personal piano recital emanating from The family’s apartment. Naira is a concert pianist and on sunny days, if you ask nicely you can eaves drop on her practicing. Absolutely divine. The villa is located a short walk from the old town, the walk seems longer on the way back as it is up hill. The setting is beautiful and the people are amazing. Thank you for making our stay so memorable.

Stayed in this lovely accommodation for 4 nights. We were a party of 3 couples and all had a double bedroom with balcony and amazing sea views. The welcome from Adrian and his wife was lovely and they sat with us for a short time sharing wine and a chat, giving us useful information regarding the apartment and local area. Adrian offered to take us to the supermarket, however we used local small supermarkets for supplies so did not take up his kind offer. Although living next door they are not intrusive allowing privacy. Adrian arranged airport transfer for the 6 of us which was 35 euros each way. The outdoor area was well used by us all and the small pool for a cool down. If I was ever to return to Dubrovnik I would stay again as it is just far enough out of the old town to escape the busy streets filled with cruise ship tourists.

We went with friends from Wednesday to Sunday and from the time we arrived to the time we left Adrian and his wife's hospitality was superb we could not have asked for anything more. The villa was fantastic clean and spacious with brilliant views. The villa is about a 15 minute walk into the town which was absolutely stunning. Would highly recommend a perfect stay at the Villa Adrian with brilliant hosts. A huge thank you to you both.

Booked villa for a holiday with friends. From the moment we arrived the hospitality was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The villa is exceptionally clean and tidy and the location is fab. Fantastic views, extremely relaxing and would recommend the villa to anyone visiting Dubrovnik. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and hope to see you again.

Best place with the most incredible hosts and beautiful views with a very short walk to the old town. The view of the Adriatic is gorgeous amd you can see the old town, sea and islands. Walking down to old town is less than 10 mins away and the location is perfect. Adrian and his wife are very welcoming and super nice hosts. I totally recommend this place for everyone.

We travelled to Dubrovnik for a family wedding and Villa Adrian was ideally situated for our group. We were 10 minute walk into the Old City and harbour area of Dubrovnik, and had spectacular views of the City, Lokrum Island and the coastline as the Villa is situated on a hill. We had a wonderful time staying at Villa Adrian. All amenities were available for the 6 of us. With so much outdoor space exclusively for our group including sun terrace pool and discrete quiet space above the pool to take in the beauty of this part of the City.There are smaller apartments within the complex of Villa Adrian but the other guests did not interfere with our enjoyment. All of our party were sad when our visit ended and we all want to return to Villa Adrian and Dubrovnik.soon as there is so much to see and do. Villa Adrian is accessible via steps and may be difficult for some travellers with mobility problems however the Villa is situated between 2 roads and the Taxi and bus services are well organised in Dubrovnik. Adrian and his wife were charming helpful friendly and discrete, (as they live within the complex). For our party this accommodation was ideal.

Great location for old town,boat trips beaches and more. Close to cafes shops and restaurants too. It's also great to have your own pool to cool down in. Adrian and his wife couldn't be more helpful and welcoming.

The accommodation was extremely good. The Villa is spacious and very clean. There is facility for barbeques. The owners are extremely friendly and hospitable. It is a short walk to Banje beach and main old town Dubrovnik where most of the excursions and sightseeing are so one doesn't need to spend money on taxis. Definitely recommend this villa.
