If you are planning to stay for your holiday in Sambata de Jos, you should consider this fine house, managed by some beautiful people. You can find there everything for your planned holiday - a large kitchen, a large guest room some great view and clean and cozy rooms.

We just checked out, a family of 8. What a great cottage, the great location near the 7 ladders park, just outside brasov, great wifi service, spring water, very roomy. The owners are very helpful.

Myself and a group of friends spent actually several vacations together with families at Casa Olandeza. We take pride in being among the first official guests at the opening and ever since we returned each time with pleasure, either for a week, or only for long weekends. The cozy living room makes you feel like home. Kitchen has all dishware needed for about 12 people...willing to prepare or eat their own meals. Of course, alternatively there are restaurants in the neighborhood. The villa is situated in a cul-de-sac, with a conifers hill in the backyard. In front, from the balcony, or even from the living room one could enjoy a very picturesque mountain ridge. The best thing of all is the location - in the nature, at optimal distance to main communication road. Not least, it is very close to a crossroads to some local specific touristic attractions (7 Stairs Canyon, Bunloc Chalet, etc). It's a splendid place, both in the summer and in the winter!

Great place, great value, good management, excellent caretaker... We just enjoyed our short (too shorz) team event at casa Olaneeza. We will be back!

Our trip was fantastic - three levels, four bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms, plenty of eating areas both inside and out, two large living areas, a sauna!, phenomenal views, easy access, and gated, secure driveway. Would love to go back as this is a all season rental. Will recommend this to anyone visiting Romania and/or Transylvania.

This was an excelent choice if you have a car. The surrounding were gorgeous and the villa very well kept. The people taking care of the property were very helpful. It is about 5 min drive from the brasov periphery and 15 from the center, by car. I was a little worried initially about it being too secluded, but there are 2 villas on each side and an unfinished hotel just in front ( it may not be as quiet when put into service though). The only disadvantage though is the narrow road that leads to it, especially it is uphill and was not paved when we visited it so it may be a problem during the winter. Otherwise i woild definitely advise anyone to stay there

The house is beautiful, spacious, modern and excellently decorated and maintained, and all that greatly contributed to our wonderful vacation. We'd be pleased to go back, and will certainly recommend the house to our friends. Multumesc mult!"

Before the 2009 Ocober weekend I had spent two consecutive New Year's holidays, one week each, together with other families of friends with children. We never got bored. We moved from Casa Olandeza back and forth to either Brasov, the nearest city, or to Predeal, the closest ski resort, each destination being 10 minutes' drive. There are also some sleigh slopes in the proximity, children love them. And not to forget some nice mountain routes through the forest (specifically when it does not rain). The house is cosy, with a nice dining room and a well-equipped kitchen. It is really fun when you do your own meals, regardless whether you are on budget, or merely you take new cooking challenges. Overall we feel at home in Casa Olandeza.
