I stayed in Laika Boutique Stay in the month of August'14 for a week with my spouse during our visit to Bangalore . Our visit was official cum professional . As the stay was for longer time , Priority was to stay in a place near by my spouse office and with robust WiFi connectivity so that I could work from room itself along with some homely feeling and peaceful environment. I came to know about Laika through trip ad-visor only while hunting for places to stay. Laika is located in the mid of city close to Richmond Circle and MG Road .As this is my 1st visit to Bangalore , was not much aware of areas . Thank to Laika and her Son's who guided properly to land easily at destination. To my surprise Laika is above expectation . Located in mid of city but still in serene peace surrounded by greenery.Property inside gives sense of authentic Kerala culture with modern amenities which gains the visitors heart in a moment. Property is well maintained , guests are heartily and warmly taken care of with their privacy . All rooms are air conditioned , airy , very neat , clean and well maintained. Every room is decorated in unique way . Spacious sitting area with open balcony where one can sit in peace, work and chit chat. There were many guest across the globe also. MG Road , commercial road are all near by where one can just easily commute. Credit goes to the owner Laika and her Sons who themselves take care of property mentoring staffs in cordial way . Very helping and all time available for guiding about city.As breakfast was included , I enjoyed the home cooked breakfast with good range of selection. Thank You Laika for your warm presence on breakfast table every morning where we enjoyed a long hour talks. Laika is a very generous & warm lady , curious to learn and know new things whether it's culture or cuisine or new place for visit. She herself enjoys travelling and has many places in her list to visit . This is boutique stay , with all basic facilities provided at par. I really enjoyed the stay. It's worth and value for money. Me and my husband stayed at this place for 6 days and we had a great time here.Laika and her family members are very friendly and helping . The staff is good too. This place is beautifully done.The rooms are clean and very well maitained. They serve very nice breakfast in the morning. One MG mall, Garuda mall and Trinity metro station are a walk away from Laika's. This place is surrounded by many restaurants like Tandoor(Indian cuisine),Adigas(south Indian) , Portland steak, Dominos Pizza to name a few. One MG mall has a foodcourt on the fourth floor where they serve good soups and pastas. We get variety of breads,fruits,yogurts, vegs etc in the mall. Laika is very helping.She took us around to see Someshwar temple and Mysore Saree udog! They had guests from New york, Hong kong and London and all seemed very happy staying with them.We had a great time at Laika's :)
