I highly recommend my stay to Sea Residence Condo F314. The place is clean, it has all the amenities, walking distance to Mall of Asia and various restaurants. The owner is responsive and site POC is available onsite for assitance and questions.

The apartment is clean and tidy in a very convenient location. Well kept and provided with TV, wifi, nice bathroom, ang comfy bed. Although I travelled solo, the unit can fit up to 3 people. Conveniently located about 5 minutes walk to Mall of Asia for lots of dining and entertainment options. Good to enjoy the nearby bay walk as well. Also very close to the international airport so getting there and to the airport is not a hassle.

Everything is perfect. My parents was so happy we've chosen this place to stay. Woukd definitely recommend it to all of our family and friends. The location is perfect. The amenities as well. Very comfortable and everything is complete. The proprietor was easy to negotiate as well. The place is very clean.

My wife and I had a fantastic 8 days in this condo. We had also hired a 2 bed condo for some of my wife's family. It was interesting to note the superior finish, cleanliness and facilities of this 1 bed unit. Ann and Rose provide a very professional service. There is plenty room in the unit for 2 and indeed 3 people if required. Sea Residences is a great location and area. Highly recommended

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Wonderful communication by the owner... We arranged an early check-in time - no problems at all !!!!!!! Complimentary water / tea & coffee on arrival was great. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook up a storm too :)

My fiancé and I have stayed in this condo a number of times now and we are continually impressed by how lovely it is made ready for us, the great layout of the condo itself and the touches of thoughtfulness and luxury in the inclusions. On top of this the owner, Katherine Ann and the manager, Rose are always very helpful and accommodating and wonderful to deal with....THANK YOU both for another wonderful stay and look forward to our next stay with you!

I stayed for five nights it is very comfortable and excellent value for your money friendly staff excellent facilities and the location it is tops very close to Mall of Asia and transport. I believe it to be the best place I have stayed in Manila. It is not too far from the airport either I would highly recommend Sea Residences with their fully self-contained units and if you do not wish to cook then in MOA there is a great range of restaurants and eateries

I want to thank Ann and her sis in law Rose that we had a marvelous holiday staying at their condo. You made our stay perfect. The area itself is safe and secure. Mall of Asia is just a 5-7mins walk from our condo. Communication to the owner Ann has been so wonderful from day 1 of our holiday. She made sure that we were comfortable and gave us tips of what is around the area and what to expect. My husband who is recovering from chemo wants to come back again to have our family holiday at sea residences. Thank you so so much :)

Had a lovely stay in Ann's condo which has been creatively laid out differently to any other condo I have seen in the complex...giving a genuine and relatively spacious Bedroom area that is not compromised by the central doorway of other condo layouts. The slightly less space in the Living area was not a problem for my partner and I. The condo is also stylishly furnished and very well equipped and the Bathroom fitout is definitely the BEST I have seen in the complex! There are plenty of good restaurants and shops at the Mall of Asia and entertainment at night on the seaside boardwalk. All communication with Ann and her agent were quick and informative and I would highly recommend this rental property for couples looking for a convenient place to stay away form the hustle and bustle of downtown Manila.

We spent nearly 6 weeks at 314F Sea Residences and found it the ideal place to stay for a couple. The Sea Residences complex is a very secure, well run facility with excellent swimming pools and comfortable lounge seating areas in the lobby to entertain guests or just relax and meet other residents. From the first dealings I had online with the owner Ann, everything was incredibly smooth and professional and she is super responsive to any requests. The unit is small but very comfortable and has quality fittings and appliances that all work perfectly. The bed is super comfortable. We were surprised how quiet and well soundproofed the apartment is, much more so than the Holiday Inn which was our next stop. The Mall of Asia is 5 minutes walk away and the area surrounding the mall and Sea Residences is completely safe to walk around at any time of the night or day. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Manila. It is a great city and this is the ideal base for exploring it.
