My husband and I stayed at this apartment in July for 9 days, and we found it extremely comfortable. It is more than big for two people and bigger as it seems in the photographs. It has details of decoration that make you feel almost in a palace room. All devices worked good, I specially liked having a washing machine as we were many days here. It has air conditioned too, but we didn't need it as the temperature never raised above 24°C during our stay, and this was in midday, when we were not in the apartment. The bed is super comfortable and big, there was a set of towels and a towel robe for each one (loved this detail), and everything you may need (coffee, sugar, salt, oil, washing machine soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc). Anton received us at our arrival (we were a bit later than we told him because a trouble with the taxi we have hired) and was very kind and friendly. He made our registration too in a few hours. We didn't see him after, but we were in touch by phone and for any query, it is the reception of the hotel below, where they were very helpful too (gave us a copy of our registration, hired a taxi for our leaving, etc) But the best of this apartment is the view of the Neva and the fortress from the windows, that is amazingly beautiful, specially at nights, with the tower of the St Peter and Paul Cathedral illuminated in front of you. That made our stay. The only con we found was that, even the location is good, and the neighbourhood feels nice and perfectly safe, it is a bit far away of the very center of the city. Sportivnaya is the nearest metro station, but it is at 900m approx. , so we decided to walk every day to the zone of Hermitage and Nevsky Prospect, across the two bridges over the river, and that was quite a walk. I must say that there is in progress many works all around the city (because of the next year football championship, I suppose), and that made walking a little difficult (you have to find where you can cross the street, or which side of the bridge is closed for pedestrians, and that can add a hundred meters or more to your route). So, if this is not a problem to you, I absolutely recommend this apartment because it is perfect.
