Was soll man zur der Villa sagen.... Top Ausblick, sehr schöne Einrichtung. Unser Ansprechpartner Sascha war sehr nett und man konnte Ihn alles fragen. Frischer Obstkorb, Snacks und paar softgetränke waren vor Ort zu Verfügung gestellt worden. Der Pool eignet sich gut zum abkühlen am Abend. Sascha hat für uns Roller und ein Taxi für die Rucksäcke organisiert, war alles top. Von der Villa kann man alles prima mit dem Roller erreichen. Falls wir nochmal auf Koh Tao sein sollten, würden wir es wieder buchen!! Achja, von ganz oben konnten wir den Sonnenaufgang beobachten! Aber nur für Frühaufsteher ;)

Jon picked up at the port and took us to the villa and gave us the tour ,the villa is quite stunning on split levels one bedroom in main section with bathroom downstairs amazing view from bedroom ,split level lounge beautiful table and modern furniture could do with so table mats so table keeps nice,the second bedroom is outside off the main building with ensuite with jacuzzi bath the widows need a look at ,there is also a outside terrace in bedroom they do get problems with gekko poo but they have lived there longer than the villa . There is a amazing roof terrace perfect suntrap could do with some furniture up there to make full use of the amazing space . There is nice plunge pool for a good call off ,there is one sunbed could do with more . WiFi is good A nice sala which I spent lots of time looking at the amazing views . The views from the villa are amazing forget climbing hills to get a view just step out and admire the views they are amazing . You definitely need transport as the taxi back to port 400 bt £10.60 quite outrageous taxi prices ,Jon sorted out a scooter almost brand new at a great price also was on hand for local knowledge .The villa is amazing could be perfect with a few tweaks we had 2 TVs both did not have remote controls so we could not use as we had 24of rain the TV was needed ,toaster did not work I'm sure if he knew before he would have sorted it , perhaps a questionnaire when guest left would sort problems out .Jon and his team were all friendly and answered emails promptly. We enjoyed our stay at villa

amazing view and outside spaces! Master bed did not have aircon as advertised! That coupled with no curtains in either of the main bedrooms assures you wake up with the sun! mosquito nets did not fully cover any of the beds, with one being what looked like a net curtain. Second bed balcony had a large build of what i guess was Gecko poo, obviously had not been cleaned in a long time!

Absolutely amazing views! No matter what’s inside as your eyes are glued to the views outside. But inside is also stylish, spacious and comfy- with lots of cushions to create that thai style feeling. The villa is not overlooked by neighbours, so you have the whole space to yourself. We did not rent a bike as it’s quite walkable everywhere. Be prepared to very high prices for taxis – ten times higher than in chiang mai for example. Good choice of eateries around the pier area and buying fresh seafood at fishmonger there was quite cheap. The nearest beach Ao Leuk was disappointingly dirty, so we went to other places for a swim or just enjoyed the views from the villa. There’s a small plunge-in pool, good to freshen up in a hot day. Suchada Corsellis was very helpful and was always available to answer our questions. Good stock of drinking water was left at the villa when we arrived, and milk, bread and fresh fruits were a good compliment for the next day breakfast. She also has arranged a good taxi for us at Surratthani. Thank you, Suchada, hope to see you again soon :) . Strongly recommend this villa!

Place was amazing. Was way bigger than we expected and the views are unmatched. Suchada did an amazing job communicating and setting us up with a good motorbike company, and also offered us a taxi as well. The place is a 5 min ride away from the main beach/bar area so renting a moped for our stay made it much easier. Suchada has the taxi pick up our bags and guide us to the villa from the motorbike rental which is advised because the place is along Paved roads but difficult to locate on a map. The villa itself was great and the ac in the bedrooms worked really well. Couple of restraunts and bars in the area worth checking out as well. Strongly recommend this place!

Amazing views, probably the best we saw on the whole island! You have to rent a bike, but we quite liked that element and there is a little place in front of the garage which is perfect to park. The villa itself is not in bad shape but we did have a bit of an issue with insects. Didn’t massively bother us as you are in a tropical environment but if the seals around the door etc were a little better maintained it could have helped. No air con in the main room but again not an issue there are a lot of fans!! Master bedroom which a hatch that closed to keep the air on working was amazing!!! Lovely view and windows all round! A lot of dead ants in the other section of villa but we didn’t even use it as it was only the two of us. The guys that look after the villa are amazing! Also, blue heaven is literally 10 seconds away and has the BEST deep fried pork you will ever taste! Overall, a good villa :)

Wir verbrachten eine knappe Woche in der Villa Kantaraya und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Das beste an unserem Aufenthalt dort war mit Abstand die Aussicht und die Atmosphäre der Villa. Der morgendliche Blick aus dem großen Panoramafenster des Master Bedrooms war gigantisch und alleine deswegen würde ich sofort wieder dort absteigen. Die Lage der Villa hat nebst einigen Vorteilen (Aussicht, Ruhe, Blue Heaven Restaurant direkt unterhalb) natürlich auch ein paar Nachteile (Straße bzw. Piste nur für hartgesottene per Roller befahrbar, Taxi relativ teuer, Insekten verirren sich öfter mal ins Haus), aber das dürfte jedem vor der Buchung klar sein. Unser kleiner Freund Joe (Housekeeper) hat sich mit Hingabe um den Pool gekümmert und uns sogar abends mal Pizza aus dem Ort geliefert (gebt ihm bitte ein gutes Trinkgeld und ein großes Bier dafür). Alles in allem sind wir froh, die Villa für unseren Aufenthalt auf Koh Tao gewählt zu haben, denn eine solch außergewöhnliche Unterkunft am Ende der Welt findet man mit Sicherheit nicht oft.

This place is truly stunning and it's in a lovely location - just up the road from what I think is one of the most beautiful beaches in Thailand Aow Leuk Bay, the pool is lovely to sit in on a night and just watch the amazing views and the views are breathtaking. However, I am a person that is petrified by insects and spiders and other creatures of the night and so this was the wrong place for me as the room I chose to stay in had an open roof on the side of the bathroom which is outdoors and so it wasn't possible to keep bugs and geckos out meaning that I didn't sleep a wink. For other people this wouldn't be a problem, completely depends on you as a person and the other room is closed off so it is possible to prevent unwanted guests. Marek and the housekeeper Joe were so so helpful and did everything they could to ensure a comfortable and peaceful stay for us and went above and beyond in terms of their hospitality they honestly couldn't have done more for us. I would definitely recommend to stay here just so long as you can handle the odd giant gecko and spider! Also, don't leave your case open! The geckos have a tendency to poo down from the ceiling

We have stayed in the Kantaraya Villa in the middle of the hottest month of the year, April and it was the best holiday ever. The housekeeper and manager did fantastic job in helping us to get around and taking care of the property. The villa itself have stunning architecture and multiple levels with 3 beds and 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and plunge pool. During our week stay we did put all 3 AC units into proper test run and what they couldn't cope with, the plunge pool helped a lot. The house is a bit of the main centre area but offers stunning views of the Shark Island and Aeow leak and Lang Kai bay - PHOTO VIEWS :) The jungle surround the house and so the flora and fauna are present and we have seen some fruit bats flying around catching insect and there is also housekeepers cat running around sometimes and trying to catch the geckos. Overall great holiday and great house for penny! We will return!
