Each apartment has it´s on balcony / terrace as well as separated areas for relaxing at the pool. Outside dining furniture is provided as well as a barbecue. An additional secluded terrace towards the neighbouring church is the perfect place for yoga, meditation or reading in the sunset.
Whenever you may need my support for your excursions, hiking trips, transfers, restaurants, health care, etc., I am at your disposition. Otherwise you will find your space, peace and quietness for truly relaxing holidays.

Ich habe hier eine wunderbare Woche verbracht, an die ich mich gerne zurückerinnere.
Das Studio ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat mit der Küchenzeile alles, was man braucht. Das neu gebaute Haus ist ein echter Architekturtraum. Der Garten mit dem erfrischenden Pool bietet viele Ecken zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Am liebsten würde man dieses Fleckchen Erde gar nicht verlassen. Wer Montenegro dennoch erkunden möchte, für den hält Donata tolle Tipps bereit – von versteckten Stränden über gute Restaurants bis zu beeindruckenden Landschaften. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt für Tagesausflüge, zum Beispiel zur Bucht von Kotor oder an den Skadar-See.

Paradies auf Erden
Der Standort ist einzigartig, Vila Lavanda bietet allen Komfort, den man braucht und die Besitzerin ist eine sehr sympathische Gastgeberin, die es den Gästen ermöglicht eine wunderbaren Urlaub zu geniesen. Nahegelegene Strände, gute Restaurants bieten eine angenehmen Rahmen.

Villa Lavenda is a wonderful villa in a beautiful and quiet area. There is access to wonderful hiking routes. A walk or short drive brings you to several bathing opportunities. The water is crystal clear and the nature is unique. You feel extremely welcome at the hostess Donata. You can clearly feel the European-inspired comfort, attention to detail and standard that Villa Lavenda offers. It becomes very clear when you visit other places in Montenegro. The place exceeds expectations for the low price.

A Place to unwind
We had fantastic 7days with our daughters… time flew past very quickly, didn’t realise it was time to leave:-) The Vila location is perfect. The view to the Adriatic Sea… the sunsets…
A very tidy Vila indeed. The studio and the apartment… A home away from home. The beaches are 10min away but far away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists.

Ein perfekter Ort zum entspannen, im Garten, am Pool aber auch bei Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr stilvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet, alles ist sehr sauber und die Vermieterin gibt jede Menge hilfreiche Tips.
Ganz zu schweigen von dem allabendlichen traumhaften Sonnenuntergang , der von dem Balkon der Ferienwohnung bestaunt werden kann.
Ich werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank

Urlaub und Arbeiten (Workation) mit wunderbaren Meeresblick
Workation, also Arbeit mit Urlaub kombinieren, Vila Lavanda ist dafür ideal: eigenes Apartment mit eigenem Balkon mit Blick aufs Mittelmeer, inspirierender Blick und Umgebung, zwischendurch baden im Pool. Schnelles Internet im Appartment, ich habe eine Schulung und Videokonferenzen von hier aus gehalten, lief bestens.
Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit 3 Minuten mit dem Auto, nächster Strand 8 Minuten, nächste große Stadt 15 Minuten.
Gastgeberin super freundlich, hilfsbereit, organisiert alles, was man brauchen könnte, man kann z. B. Ganzkörpermassagen im Hause buchen.
Mein bisher schönster Arbeitsplatz. Ich werde wieder kommen.

Perfect place with great view
The place is amazing. Very clean and peaceful place. Apartments are very well designed and comfortable. Far from urban noise, but still 5 to 10 minutes from the beach. Donata was amazing host, kind and very helpful, available for all information that you need for vocation, I highly recommend it !

It is a great place
Vila Lavanda is a beautiful place to stay. My apartment had a breathtaking view over the adriatic sea and it was equipped with everything you need. It was very comfortable and tastefully furnished. Vila Lavanda has a solar heated pool and nice places around to relax.
The host Donata is a very lovely person, she helped me with everything I wanted.
I will definitly come back again.
So if you want relaxing and comfortable holidays rent a studio in Vila Lavanda.

Magnificent Vacation Place
Vila Lavanda is highly recommended. I enjoyed the breathtaking view over the Adriatic Sea and towards the mountains. The pool area with a solar heated pool is quiet and nicely equipped. The Studio/ The Apartment is carefully designed and sparkling clean. And the host is so warm-heartedly caring. All in all: we will certainly come back.
