We were arriving late so we made arrangements with the property manager for late check-in. Everything went very well, we had the complex to ourselves for the first six days. The condo is as advertised, clean, well situated, and very quiet. The pool was cleaned at least once a day, the groundskeeper was there everyday. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Stayed at the condo with my wife, 17 year old daughter and mother-in-law for five nights. The condo was in a nice complex in a nice, fairly quiet (and safe) neighborhood. The beach was a very short walk. You could have walked to town if you wanted to, although we didn't do so. There is a small supermarket in the plaza that is located about a block away. The complex has only six condos and only one other one was occupied, so that was nice. I enjoyed the pool every day. The way the pool is set, you can find places to enjoy the sun or the shade. The apartment manager, JoAnne, was very nice and was one time both when we arrived and when we department. The condo was nice. It is very tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable (big plus). We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning. The A/C and fans work well, which is nice (although Coco was not really that hot while we were there - there was a nice breeze keeping everything cool). We enjoyed Coco and the convenience of staying in this condo. We would stay there again for sure. I would even consider buying a unit there is one became available. Only drawback is that the TV/Internet changed their policy and we did not have cable or internet while we were there. We didn't miss the TV, but not having the Internet was a bit of a challenge (since I needed to check work e-mails)....but we managed. So if TV and Internet are vital to you and/or your family, do speak to the owner to see what the options might be. Overall this was not a big deal for us.

I was invited to stay down here during the 2nd week of Nov. The condo was very clean and had everything that was advertised. The spare bedroom was roomy and offered what I needed. The property is very convenient to the beach and downtown. The grounds are very clean with security on a daily basis. I would recommend this condo and hope to return one day. Thomas

The condo was as advertised and for this time of year, a good value. The only downside was the double bed in second bedroom which was too small for my two sons so one had to take the couch. Also, due to the influx of tourists for the last week in December (New years party week) made the town and roads very busy and tiresome to get through. In addition, we had to ask neighbours in the rear, who were playing loud music until 1:00AM to turn it down on a couple of occasions. We will definitely go back but not during the last week of December.

This is really a wonderful condo, just as advertised it had everything to offer. It is very clean inside and is quite cozy. The location as well is great, just a few mins from town and a quick walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to my friends and plan on returning one day. Thankyou for s a lovely stay. cheryl

Great location. 3 min. walk to the beach. 5 min. drive to downtown. The condo is fully furnished and is nicely decorated and clean. The pool and grounds are maintained daily. I reccomend this condo- it had everything I needed for my vacation. -Bill
