Stayed at the condo with my wife, 17 year old daughter and mother-in-law for five nights. The condo was in a nice complex in a nice, fairly quiet (and safe) neighborhood. The beach was a very short walk. You could have walked to town if you wanted to, although we didn't do so. There is a small supermarket in the plaza that is located about a block away. The complex has only six condos and only one other one was occupied, so that was nice. I enjoyed the pool every day. The way the pool is set, you can find places to enjoy the sun or the shade.
The apartment manager, JoAnne, was very nice and was one time both when we arrived and when we department. The condo was nice. It is very tastefully decorated and the beds are comfortable (big plus). We used the kitchen to cook breakfast every morning. The A/C and fans work well, which is nice (although Coco was not really that hot while we were there - there was a nice breeze keeping everything cool).
We enjoyed Coco and the convenience of staying in this condo. We would stay there again for sure. I would even consider buying a unit there is one became available.
Only drawback is that the TV/Internet changed their policy and we did not have cable or internet while we were there. We didn't miss the TV, but not having the Internet was a bit of a challenge (since I needed to check work e-mails)....but we managed. So if TV and Internet are vital to you and/or your family, do speak to the owner to see what the options might be. Overall this was not a big deal for us.
