Desde entonces haya sido la gestión de ellos y haciendo mejoras constantes para darle al huésped - - una experiencia de clase mundial en el pequeño pueblo de playa sueño de Playa Samara. Puedo manejar todas las reservas y pagos. Antes de que su estancia les presento a Laura, el administrador, que le recibirá en el lugar con sus llaves para presentar el condominio y el personal y responderá a todas sus preguntas. Our family of five loved this place and location! Condo was very modern and very comfortable. Views of the bay were incredible and we all enjoyed the birds, iguana, giant grasshoppers that visited the grounds, and of course the monkies which visited the adjacent trees a few of our days there. The A/C and pool were much needed and appreciated, as was the afternoon shade on the porch and pool area. Grounds felt very secure and safe behind locked garage. With kids it was a bit far to walk to the main town and beach of Samara but not impossible, but we never had any issue finding parking when we chose to drive either day or night.

Beautiful Rental and Amazing Staff
We could not have been happier!! The condo staff were so friendly and helpful, from planning our stay, to helping us with activity planning while we were there. They were thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed. The condo was beautiful and appointed with all the things we needed to make us feel the comforts of home, but in a beautiful tropical setting. We will definitely be coming back here next year for our getaway!!

The best in Samara
We had a great stayed in the condo, we were with 3 children including a 1 year old baby.
The place is very well maintained and managed. It was secure and clean , very professional service ..........
It's close to everything , by the way wonderful SODA 20 mts from the condo.

Hermoso cómodo y tranquilo
Es un bello lugar, un edificio moderno y un condo muy comodo bien equipado. Laura es un amable y Dennis es muy servicial y mantiene el lugar limpio y bonito. Te consigue pescado fresco a un excelente precio un valor agregado muy positivo. Patrick es el contacto por web y es super amable y te brinda información que necesites.
Esta muy cerca de la playa que es hermosa y tranquila, apta para bañarse. La piscina es refrescante y bonita.
Mi familia disfruto mucho es un lugar para volver. Gracias por todo.

luxury indeed
Very beautiful, good location, clean, friendly. The lounge on top is great. Nice little pool for the kids and those needing a cool down.

The perfect condo for a family beach vacation in Costa Rica
We really enjoyed our stay at Alta Vista Condos in Samara. Our family of four had plenty of space. We loved the Congo lounge rooftop terrace, great view of the beach, sunset and a nice place to read a book and watch the monkeys swing from tree to tree in the afternoons. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to make meals in the condo. The kids enjoyed the pool and the wi-fi internet access (+ Netflix on TV) for the evenings after a long day in the sun. The beach and town are just a short walk away. Laura and Denis made us feel very welcome. We loved the dog Zorro who lives at the condo.

Dream vacation
Alta Vista surpassed my expectations. The location is excellent- you can watch the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, and walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. If you want a quick dip to cool off, there is a pool onsite at the condo. Locals live in the neighborhood, so you get the feeling of being close to local culture- it's easy to walk into the town center, and buy a delicious coconut to drink fresh, cool coconut milk along the way. In town, there are many different restaurants to choose from- ranging from elegant steak and seafood, to more local "gallo pinto" and plantains! One evening, we even had a fresh caught fish delivered to the condo from a local fisherman and had fun cooking in our fully-furnished kitchen at Alta Vista. The fresh fruit is also AMAZING! The owner and staff at Alta Vista are super friendly and helpful, and made sure we were safe and comfortable. They were even patient enough to let me practice my Spanish! The whole experience was "pura vida!" I cannot wait to get back to Alta Vista for my next Costa Rica vacation!

Reservations are so easy
I just made my 5th reservation and I feel it's important to let viewers know how easy they are to make. I've written reviews on my previous stays and will write another once this trip is over but needed to mention that making reservations are quick and easy. You make them directly with the owner, Patrick. He is very responsive and organized and since it's his place he wants to make sure all goes well. Once the reservations are locked in, he puts you in touch with his on-site property manager, Laura. Laura is form Great Britain and has lived in Samara for a while. I mention this because she knows the area well and can help with all your questions for transport, food, recreation etc. and also has the professionalism and promptness that many of us are used to.
I honestly thought about visiting another beach area but why? I found my ideal beach and accommodations and will keep returning.
Communication is everything and it's so easy to loose a client. Making a reservation to stay at Alta Vista is just the beginning of a very great vacation.
More later in the month but in the meantime, read my other reviews. I'm sure the next one will be as good or better.
A vacation is for having fun and relaxing and making the reservations should be along the same lines.

Luxury, Comfort and Luxurious
This property was simply outstanding in every way! It far exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, views, convenience and spaciousness. We woke every morning with an incredible view with the sun rising over the mountains and along the ocean beach with palm trees swaying in the light breeze. Then we had breakfast sitting outside on our balcony enjoying the warm breeze and the view. We also enjoyed monkeys hanging in trees outside of our kitchen window. We were told Alta Vista has hosted destination weddings on the top level balcony. No surprise with the beauty and setting.

A wonderful Samara Experience
This was our 10th stay in Samara and the very best accommodations. Every positive thing that has been said on Trip Advisor is true.Making the reservations was easy. The condo was spotless. Very private and quiet with only 3 condos. Well stocked kitchen with wonderful indoor space to relax and get out of the heat. Staff was wonderful and Laura speaks English which was great.Having a phone in the room was a pleasant surprise.The great roof top was especially fabulous for sunrises (in addition to our large balcony) and well as close to the monkeys passing by on a regular schedule morning and night. Lots of bird watching. Beach is always amazing. The tide pools at our end of the beach had fantastic snorkeling at low tide. The condo was so close to some sodas and stores and a short beach walk into town. Having a car is a plus but bikes are available to rent. Many day excursions can be done to beaches and activities in all directions. Great place to stay!!!!!
