I decided to give my children the out of Country experience for Christmas this year and I let them choose the destination. So the chose Costa Rica!! I was excited to begin planning the trip and findind a place to stay. Somehow I stumbled across this amazing condo. Mr. Cantor was awesome to work with. He communicated well and had a quick response to any and all the questions I had. He e rn gave me a good contact person for transportation to and from the airport. The condo itself has the most beautiful view. Everything you needed was provided in the condo to make you feel at home. My family and I enjoyed our whole week in Jaco and will definitely stay at Jaco Bay Condos again. If you are considering this location for vacation, I encourage you to reach out to Michael Cantor!! Everything I expected and more!! Oh and the view for the fireworks on New Years Eve was breath taking!!

Un lugar cómodo y tranquilo
Pasamos unos días espectaculares en Semana Santa, el condominio muy bien equipado y limpio, con todas las comodidades necesarias, una piscina extensa con una constante supervisión por parte de la seguridad interna. La vista inmejorable hacía el mar desde el piso 8. Una excelente atención y acompañamiento por parte del propietario Michael.

The location was perfect , you could walk to anything. The pool was great.
This condo was spacious, it had everything we needed.The balcony was a favorite place to sit. I saw pairs of Macaws flying by every morning while i was having my coffee. The place was clean, and the pool area was fantastic.The beach was a 5 min walk. Mic who owns the condo gave me lots of information in his emails to me they were so helpful.

Beautiful condo. Very clean and well maintained. Excellent views morning, noon, and night. Great community swimming pool. Great value. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend this condo rental to others.

Incredible stay
At this condo you get a gorgeous view to wake up to every morning and a location accessible to all the best restaurants and nightlife in town. My friends and I felt very safe as security is constantly present on the condo grounds and the condo itself is located on the 8th floor. The condo is beautifully furnished and very clean. The wifi worked seamlessly in the room. Michael is friendly and responsive - very easy to communicate with. I would stay here again in a heartbeat and recommend others to do the same.

Great condo at reasonable rate. Great view, plenty of room, great for family or group. Stayed there twice already, will definitely return.

Breathtaking views - Pura Vida!
The pictures on the website do not do this place justice. The views from the entire condo are absolutely stunning. Ocean view from kitchen, living room, dining room, master bedroom and one other bedroom. Very comfortable, well equipped unit. Gated community with guard 24/7. Mr. Cantor was very helpful and attentive and easily accessible.
We cannot wait to go back, had an amazing time! The people of Costa Rica are amazing, the food is fantastic and the beer is cold!

Couldn't asked for more!! WOW WOW WOW!
We rented this property from Jan. 25 to feb. 6 2015. We were 5 adults and one young children (18 months). We were very pleased with the property.
The condo itself had ample room for all of us. The three bedrooms were perfect. The only negative thing I could say is that we did not have a crib for our child, but I can't complain as the owner advised me of that prior to the rental confirmation. The onsuite bathroom was perfect. The air conditioning is a MUST in Costa Rica, and this condo has 6 individually control unit (one for each room)
The kitchen had everything you need, cooking pan, ustentils etc. We didn't need to buy anything to make our stay better. Living room and dinning room was also very nice.
But the best place was the balcony! 8th floor, with the ocean view (and the city!). Each night we enjoy a glass of wine or a beer... it made our vacation that much better.
The pool area. During week days, it was very quiet, very quiet. We enjoyed it everyday. On the weekends, it got a bit crowdy. However, we still enjoyed it!
The beach is about a 5 min. walk. We went almost every day.
The only negative I could say about this place is that supermarket are a bit far if you don't have a car. There are about 2 that are within walk distance but the return trip with all the groceries make it a bit of a challenge!
All in all, I would definately recommend this place. We enjoyed it very much. If we would return to Jaco in the future, I would strongly consider this property.

El cielo en la tierra
Excelente condominio! Muy Amplio, cómodo, cerca de supermecados, cerca de la playa y una vista al mar maravillosa.
Mi familia y yo estuvimos 10 días y fue como estar en nuestro hogar, con todas las comodidades que tiene nuestra casa en la ciudad.
La cocina es perfecta para cocinar lo que come la familia, más cuando tienes un bebé de un año y quieres darle comida saludable cocinada en casa. Pero si quiere alguien salir a comer hay restaurantes para todos los gustos muy cerca.
Las habitaciones son cómodas y todas tienen closet para que puedas desempacar y sentirte en casa.
Los 2 baños también son cómodos.
Desde el balcón , la sala o el comedor puedes ver el mar azul como el cielo. El paisaje es muy hermoso.
Hay lavadora y secadora lo cual es muy bueno porque si necesitas lavar la ropa lo puedes hacer muy cómodamente.
La refrigeradora es espaciosa y también hay microondas, así como cocina totalmente equipada.
La piscina es grande y hermosa. Los adultos y los niños la disfrutan mucho.
El condominio queda en una playa llamada Jacó. En Jacó se pueden encontrar lugares en donde le pueden enseñar a surfear. También hay lugares en que te pueden llevar a hacer canopi y muchas otras aventuras...
No hay cómo aburrirse en Jacó, es maravilloso...
Y si solo quieren ir a dormir, descansar o leer un buen libro también lo pueden hacer...

My family and I stayed for 4 days and then asked for an additional 3 days, which we did get. The pool was wonderful, really big and had plenty of room. The wifi is not so great so don't expect it. Yes you can go to the lobby but still you have to sit outside. Plenty of internet cafe's around, but you are on vacation people let it go...Lol
Great view and very clean, has laundry which is a must for a family and worked very well. Michael Cantor is a man of his word and that goes a long way when you are going out of the country with your family. We are planning on going back next year and will be staying at Michael's place again. Thank you...
