Our family stayed 5 nights. Great place to enjoy a comfortable night with A/C and hot water. Kids enjoyed the fabulous pool and slide. We were able to pre order meals at the Rincón Del Sabor. It’s located close to mayor attractions and we had no issues getting into the main road to driver were we needed. Thanks For a wonderful stay!

Wow. Wow. Wow. Jungle. Pool. Watetslide! Does not get any better than this...solar heated water even in the sink...not normal for properties in this area! Loved it

This was my favorite of all the places we stayed in Costa Rica. It was great because it wasn't in the touristy areas yet it had all the amenities. The locals were soo nice but not as great as the care taker and his family. The more we got to know them the more they treated our family like theirs. If you want a true adventure that's not 5 star fufu then this is the place for real fun... booze are blocks away if you like to run like I do ;)

The place here is clearly at the top of the best places we have stayed. It is simply the friendliest little place we have been. We stayed here for three nights. Host couple Juan Carlos and his wife Marlin and their son Jeremy immediately made us feel welcome and at home in the middle of the jungle. We travel with two boys aged 7 and 11 and there is plenty to do for the whole family. The water slide is a big hit. The dining table in the common area can be transformed into a table tennis table. Otherwise you can have plenty of time to walk in the hammocks and the large outdoor bed over the water slide. We were visited by a few monkeys and a hummingbird. In addition, there are a couple of large iguanas outside which occasionally take a walk on the roof. It is truly an experience of living in the middle of nature. The rooms are spacious and cozy. We had two rooms. In each of the rooms there were two bunk beds in double bed width! So actually accommodates 8 people. There was aircon in both rooms. There were two bathrooms. There is a super nice kitchen and a large fridge in the room and a barbecue outside. So it's easy to cook yourself. However, we often ordered food from Marlin who makes really good food. There is a menu card to order from. We came here by taxi. When we were going to the beach or Manuel Antonio National Park we agreed a reasonable price with Juan Carlos who drove us - and picked us up again. It is recommended to have a car yourself here, but certainly not a necessity. Jeremy speaks really good English and is super sweet to help arrange tours. Amazing! Favorite place, zip lines are super fun and love the pool! Super beautiful and not too far away from things but far enough that it’s super relaxing and you can enjoy yourself, definitely will go back!

Off the beaten path doesn’t begin to describe the location, but then again, neither does amazing! A beautiful, comfortable and well equipped unit in its own right, the place can also brag a jacuzzi, a ping pong table, a pool, a water slide and two zip lines! Lily the sloth made an appearance for us and Juan Carlos and his family make us feel as if we belonged there. What a great time we had!

This place is secluded and private but minutes away from town and a lot activities close by....Manuel Antonio Natl park is a very short drive. The Macha Tour...discount for staying at Tarzan is $20..definitely a highlight. Tour guides were informative and entertaining. A lot of wildlife. Although we are older loved the slide and pool were fabulous. Hot tub was awesome. Only 3 units..definitely not overcrowded. Wonderful place to book all units for a family! Beds are like heavenly beds. We had air conditioners in both rooms so temperature was controlled per couple. We used the outside kitchen a lot and enjoyed the sunsets and quiet. Outdoor WiFi speakers made the evenings wonderful. The owners were wonderful during the whole process, suggesting items for tours and staying engaged. It was not just a booking,, pay your money and you are on your own. Any question the manager, Carlos, and sweet family, were there any time for questions but not intrusive. Even owners were available via WiFi to answer specific questions. Next time..we will book the complex for our family..definitely returning. If you want peace and quiet, and you are looking for a get-away to experience the beauty of a rain forest, then The Tarzan Jungle House is for you! Absolute peace and quiet (unless you decide to try the zip line or the water slide— then you might hear a few screams). Otherwise, the morning bird songs and beautiful sunsets are unparalleled. The beds are comfortable, the apartments clean, and the pool is a dream! I stayed one night alone in the treehouse, and it was sheer peace on earth! Then I slept 3 nights on the bottom floor of the Jungle House. It is a perfect apartment for a family with 4 big queen size bunk beds. We will definitely be coming back!

Close to beaches Macha Mangrove Monkey Tour. Loved it. Highly Recommend it. Best priced place we stayed on Central America for value.
