These condominiums are perfectly located, blocks from downtown but very secluded with amazing landscape and wildlife. The facilities have a nice and clean pool where the monkeys come in at around mid-morning to drink water. Howler monkeys will wake you up at the crack of dawn, so grab your coffee and sit on the balcony to enjoy all the noise that nature has to offer. If you are a hiker, you'll love the walks in the morning in this complex. There is a waterfall that is adjacent to the property. It's quite a walk, so be prepared! The condo itself is well equipped. They even have candles in case of a power outage, I always bring a small flashlight when I travel and leave it on the nightstand. They have plenty of towels and soap (many facilities do not) and air conditioning. This is a true gated facility with a 24/7 guard on duty. I plan to go back next year and stay at the same place but knowing what I know now I would do things a bit differently: I would take the bus from the airport to Quepos then a taxi to the condos and during my stay, I'd just either take taxis or local buses to areas where walking is not feasible. The rental office will send you information on how to get there by bus. I would go to Manuel Antonio National Park without a guide, you can buy the tickets online and bring binoculars. We saw more wild animals at the condos than at the park including the Morpho butterflies. But the beaches at the park are amazing so to me the $16.00 fee to get in was worth it. The parking nearby for the park is 4k colones.

El lugar es excelente, muy bonito, súper completo. Lo recomiendo al 100%. Lo único recomendable es que vayan en carro, debido a una pendiente muy pronunciada. Prepárense para la visita diaria de monos titi y capuchinos...

Had white faced monkeys come right to our balcony, large black lizards at the pool. Comfortable rooms.

Our stay at the Manuel Antonio Estates was adequate. The the houskeeping staff were very accommodating, I found the accommodation basic and the walk up to the condo extremely challenging. The posing had indicated that it was a hill but not to the degree that it was. As a senior, it was difficult. Thank you for the time we spent there, I will certainly have memories of our stay.

Every time I come to Costa Rica I send a couple of days at Manuel Antonio Estates. When I come by myself I stay at the Eco Condos. I have probably been at the Condos 4 times and the other rentals 4 or more times. Great price, very clean, and for me the reason I come back is the staff is very helpful in planning my stay in the area and have great suggestions for other parts of C.R. At the Condos monkeys usually come past twice a day on their travels. Both Spider and Capuchin. This year I saw 4 pair of Red MaCaws just up the hill from the Condos. Having a pool available is great on a hot day or the eveinings!

This was our 4th time staying with the Manuel Antonio Estates! It never disappoints! This time we stayed in one of the eco condos. So much wildlife around and good location. Right outside of Quepos where we do our grocery shopping and a short drive to Manuel Antonio beach. We always feel welcomed by Dorit and the main gate guy! We brought our one year old daughter with us and we felt safe! They even provided a baby bed for her! & the condo was freshly remodeled. We will be back next year! Thank you Manuel Antonio staff for everything!

Manuel Antonio Estates is close to Quepos and Manuel Antonio. Walking distance to Quepos and a bus or taxi ride to anywhere else. The condos are clean and comfortable. We really felt at home. Everything you need is provided or they will help you get it. The staff was amazing!!! I can't say enough about how helpful and accommodating they were to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The pool is perfect and wildlife everywhere, including an afternoon visit from the monkeys. The other guests were very friendly. We will return!

This was the best value out there. Very clean, excellent staff, great location! We booked a two bedroom unit that was very spacious and super clean. Just close enough to the Marina and activities but far enough from the noise of the city. Quiet and relaxing!

Ha sido un gran descubrimiento. Son apartamentos bastante limpios y bien equipoados. La piscina se agradece para relajarse y refrescarse. La atencion ha sido muy buena, incluida la recomendacion para ir a visitar una 'cascada escondida' dentro del complejo. Tambien hemos tenido unas visitas de lo mas agradable y divertidas 😀 Recomendable
