Hemos podido disfrutar 10 dias de esta espectacular casa y de todas sus comodidades, se encuentra ubicada en una zona muy buena de Nerja desde la cual puedes disfrutar de esta maravillosa zona sin necesidad de utilizar el coche para nada Los dueños Marion y Felipe son increiblemente amables y te dan todas las facilidades y comodidades. We have been traveling throughout Spain and this is without question our favorite accommodation. The villa is bright, airy and spacious, with plenty of room for our family of 5 with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a bonus 1/2 bath upstairs. It has two full decks on the top floor: one gets the morning sun and afternoon shade, with a stunning view of the sea and mountains; the other has shade on the morning that’s perfect for breakfast and sun in the afternoon. The kitchen is fully stocked, one could easily prepare full meals here (we made breakfast each morning). We all enjoyed the private pool, and made good use of the washing machine. The villa is very conveniently located, with a 6 minute walk down to the beach with its many places to eat, and easy walk into town with some really amazingly good restaurants and fun little shops. An added bonus: the owners, Marion and Felipe, are warm, welcoming, and informative. They even brought over a bottle of cava to celebrate our daughter getting engaged during our stay here! We could not have asked for a better place to spend the last portion of our vacation in Spain.

My wife and I were travelling with our son, daughter in law and two young grandchildren. We tried hard to find a place that was equidistant from Burriana Beach and the centre of town near the Balcon. Rubi Villa was perfect for both. Set in a relatively residential area, the villa was spacious, modern, extremely well equipped and meticulously clean. The master suite with bathroom and twin bedroom nearby were perfect for the young family and the third bedroom along the hall worked well for us. The villa is upside down with sleeping accommodation on the ground floor and living areas upstairs which afforded excellent views of the sea and the mountains on the two opposite sunny balconies. A sunny area on the second floor allows you to survey all around and is a perfect place for sun bathing. The pool area and dining area outside of the third bedroom was a perfect space for children to play (supervised because of the pool). The pool was large enough to have a short swim and an enjoyable private asset to the villa. Although we did not have a car, there is a private parking space. We have been to Nerja many times and this is the best accommodation we have had. I want to mention the hosts Marion and Felipe. They were extremely diligent in ensuring everything was to our liking and were prompt with a small repair that needed to be done. Taxis to and from the airport were organised efficiently with car seats for the children (4 and one). Communication was fast and excellent from the beginning. Marion speaks English. However, we wish to thank them wholeheartedly for their understanding and care they gave to our family when one of our children became unwell and was unable to fly. They could not have done more to help. We are all back home now and fully recommend Villa Rubi and its hosts.

We stayed in this villa for a week in October using it as a base for hill walking around the nerja region. It is in a fantastic location - only a few minutes to the beach and only 10 minutes to walk into the centre. The villa is very well proportioned - spacious bedrooms and a lovely living/dining/kitchen area. There are 3 lovely bathrooms (one ensuite) with 2 showers and a bath. The outside pool is lovely for cooling down in the hot weather and there are 2 lovely terraces and a rooftop terrace. There are spectacular views over Nerja and out to the sea. I would certainly use this villa again when visiting Nerja in the future.

We just spent a wonderful 10 days at Villa Rubi with our daughter and two grandchildren. Marion and Felipe were excellent hosts and were incredibly helpful to us throughout our stay and it was great to have our airport transfers arranged for us. Villa Rubi is very well equipped and very clean and we could not have asked for anything more. Our grandchildren particularly enjoyed the private pool and spent a lot of time in it. The villa is in an excellent location to enjoy all the delights of Nerja and we all loved being able to walk to everything. We most definitely hope to return soon - one of the best holidays we have had. Thank you Marion and Felipe.

Villa was great, spacious with 3 balconies so had sun all day. Location was fantastic , short walk to the beach and into town. Marion and Felipe were very friendly , informative hosts. Arranged taxi transfers from and to the airport for us Only down side was some building work opposite the Villa , so it was noisy early morning and late afternoon. Without the building work would have rated this villa and holiday as excellent

The house is fab location space the fittings just brilliant. The owner does everything to make your time special too. I especially liked the info folder with restaurant suggestions very helpful.

Villa Rubi has fantastic views the mountains to one side and sea views. It is a stunning villa with the best of everything and was spotless clean. The back bedroom had patio doors that open out towards the pool. Booking with Marion was great and she organised airport taxi transfers. Unfortunately at the time there was some water and electric work going on outside the villa Marion had kept us up to date with the works before we arrived but the noise early am was too much a quick call to Marion and she arranged for us to move to another villa (at no extra cost). The second villa although not as modern and new was perfectly ok,with a nice outside pool area and plenty of room for us all. Marion & Felipe are a very hardworking and extremely helpful couple.

Ideally located for the old town of Nerja (a 10 minute stroll on the level), and Burriana beach is only 5 minutes walk. It's in a quiet location and the views from the terrace are lovely; mountains behind the town and the sea! The villa is very well supplied with just about everything one could think of. Marion and Filipe are lovely hosts; we could have stayed much longer.

Very nice & clean villa with spacious accommodation. It is in a quiet location with good access to beaches & town.
