Verschrikkelijk vuil appartement
Het complex "Floritas" op zich is wel mooi, maar het appartement waar wij hebben verbleven, was zeer vuil (zie foto's). Het werd privé verhuurd, en blijkbaar ging er daar toch iets mis met de algemene verhuur van deze gebouwen. Volgens ons ging het puur om geldgewin. De eigenaar woonde niet ter plaatse en heeft het
appartement waarschijnlijk als lang geleden zelf gecontroleerd. We hadden 14 dagen geboekt, maar zijn weggegaan na 1 week, en een hotel ingetrokken, daar we het niet meer konden aanzien. De bedden hadden een matras die op planken lagen, onze rug was gebroken na 1 week. De douche was zo vuil, dat ik er nog met geen pincet zou aankomen. Keukengerei heb ik moeten afwassen, behalve de potten, want ik was er zo vies van, dat we steeds uit zijn gaan eten. Er waren maar 4 stuks van elk en er waren niet eens wijnglazen aanwezig. De oven en dampkap hadden ook een serieuze beurt nodig. Verschillende lampen branden niet, de ventilator werkte niet. De dekbedden waren bevuild met pipi en kaka, en zo in de kast gestopt. De verf bladerde van het plafond in de slaapkamer.
Ik vroeg mij af of de lakens wel proper waren, deze heb ik in ieder geval gewassen. De foto's heb ik doorgestuurd naar de eigenaar, en gevraagd om 1 week huur terug te krijgen, dat werd afgewezen, ik zou wel 25€ teruggekregen hebben voor het poetsen, een aalmoes voor wat wij hebben meegemaakt.

Jurgitas apartment to us is home from home comfy clean everything you need balcony ground floor with pool and bar. Jurgita had always been kind and helpfull for everything ...
Great location to all shops great designer shops too! bars restaurants , supermarkets hospital accoss the road. Walking distance 20mins ×to san egenio and adje along the sea front can't wait to come back this year... one little disapointment is the las floritas staff are not friendly not one could crack a smile ! Doesn't spoil our holiday so we just smile back laughing😁😁 we had so much fun 💜😛😙

"great apartment " location good, nice and quiet for area but not far from everything
Apartment has everything you need clean , Large plasma TV close to all restaurants, bars, fab shopping centre! has a pool all the way round the apartments , little pool bar next to apartment on ground floor nr pool great location back again xmas yayyy;-)

Stayed in this apartment it was a lovely apartment well worth the money really well decorated apartment would advise anyone to choice this apartment if free , it could do with a welcome pack on arrival telling you about the apartment wots in it how to use things and wots in the surroundings but apart from that fantastic thank you for letting us stay

We had a good time. Appartment in the city, restaurant, shops around everywhere. Appartmnent was clean and nice. I could offer for a family with children.

Prima appartement !
Prijs kwaliteit voldoet dit appartement alleszins. Toch zou een poetsbeurt ten gronde, vooral dan in de keuken, meer dan welkom zijn!

my husband and i both in our late 50s stayed in this apartment for 5days before moving to another apartment in tenerife...our experience just got worse and worse from day one first of all despite repeated emails to owner about brittish channels on TV in apt ....None all foreign channels .....it was 28degrees some days but standup fan broken ...no air conditioning at all .....in the morning had a cuppa but no toast as there was NO toaster in the apt and grill was no good at all.....and owner had emailed us about Ants and Cockroaches he definetly was not kidding they were poping up everywhere even in the loo roll wife was going mad with spray.....but alas our last experience was the worst not about apt .... but was about his staff on our last day there my wife packed our suitcase and we left at 11am and walked to our next apt..... next day i noticed that we had left my leather shoes in previous apt so we walked up and spoke to the new guests who had just arrived and explained nice people let us look over apt but shoes were gone and only people who were in the apt was obviously cleaners so they must have found my shoes i expected them to hand them into reception but No ....contacted owner who informed me that anything left in apartment cleaners would put in bin i told him that was very hard to believe and is not a cleaning policy and all i want was my leather shoes as they were only 6months old and recently soled and healed....i repeated my concern and ask him to leave shoes at reception and matter would be finished he said cleaners take photos before binning items i asked him to send me a photo then ...... but never arrived and we are still waiting he then emailed us asking what we wanted we replied if we cant get our shoes back a compensation gesture would be fine we quoted him a very reasonable amount to end this matter ....he now says that we are Scammers .this has brought my wife to tears and i replied to him that we have been going to tenerife for 23 years and used his letting agency a few times and this is our very first complaint of this nature and told him to consider if that was the actions of scammers.... we regarded this as a insult and my wife is taken this statement from owner badly ...all because of the dishonesty of his staff.. please beware of this owner

Despite of it looks a bit preconceived we are very appreciating it.
We are going to improve all items mentioned in your review.
Especially we will pay a more attention to the policy of cleaning service.
The policy of the cleaning company was not to be responsible for any forgotten items. We will do conclusions and revise our policy.
Regarding compensation you requested. We are not pay any compensation only due to not do a precedent.
We are afraid of occurrence happened when people begin to forget the diamond necklace and gold jewelry without any evidence.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento per 2 settimane. L'arredamento è nuovo e moderno, il letto è molto grande ma è formato da 2 letti singoli che si spostano molto facilmente.
Nel salottino c'è un router Wi-Fi con la password scritta sotto e un TV di notevoli dimensioni, non si ricevono molti canali ma c'è un box che legge i video dalle chiavette USB.
L'appartamento si trova al piano terra di fronte al bar del resort e a pochi metri dalla piscina, molto comodo quindi, ma la privacy è un po' sacrificata.
Il complesso di Las floritas si trova a circa 15 dalle spiagge, vicino a supermercati e ristoranti. Fuori dal complesso si trovano delle signorine che svolgono il mestiere più antico del mondo ma a noi non hanno mai dato alcun fastidio.
