This was a nice clean apartment where we spent a lovely 6 week winter stay.
Victor arranged for the property manager/cleaner to collect us and take us back to and from the airport.
The balcony is large and sunny all day from 10am till sunset, and is equipped with sun loungers with pads, four comfortable dining chairs with pads, and also has the bonus of a full sized sofa, in the shadiest area for relaxing. there are also two sun awnings, to pull down for plenty of shade if required.
The American style kitchen was well equipped for self catering, with a full oven and fridge freezer.
The bedroom was a good size with double doors to the balcony and the beds firm but comfortable.
The shower was nice, and the water always hot

The only let down with this apartment is the rather dated living room furniture.
The apartment is lovely and central to everything, shops, Bars, Beach, all within walking distance. The shopping trolly in the apartment was a most welcome addition, as it meant we were able to go to the Mercadonna Supermarket for a big shop, only twice during the stay. There is a water filter machine on the ground floor of the apartment block, so you only have to buy a large bottle of water once, then fill it up at the machine for a few cents a litre

The apartment block is quiet, clean and tidy, the pool us unheated, but well maintained. there is a lift, or you can access this floor (3rd) from the road, because its built on a hill a bit.
The area has all you could want from a beach holiday, but you can also have some nice walks to the fishing village of La Caleta, or the other way to Los Christianos.
The busses in the area are very good, and also go to these two places, as well as providing a good network for the whole island, you can also buy a BONO Bus card, which makes journeys a bit cheaper. We went to Puerto de La /cruz, on the bus and stayed overnight there. There are trips available around the island and to various tourist attractions if required. There are two nearby water parks.
We had a lovely time, thank you Victor for renting us your apartment. We would love to come again at some time.
