Go to Villa Julia in Tenerife
It is a splendid unique villa very close to the playas, shopping centers, restaurants. The property has a pleasant view on the ocean.

We have just got back from our perfect family holiday , in the most amazing villa , this villa was amazing , the views are out of this world😮, we wish we stayed for 11 nights now , the mall was just down the road , many nights we ate there , shopping 🛍️ was great, lots of high street shops , Zara , H&M, JD , Pull and Bear etc , the beach 🏖️ was close , within walking distance , we also had a lovely warm greeting when we got there , the customer service is 100% a 5 star 🌟, there was nothing to fault about this villa , and what also was fantastic, was the weather was just perfect , Hot Hot with a lovely breeze , would defo consider going back to this villa😍😍😍x

Best holiday accommodation ever.
The accommodation was fantastic, what a wonderful time my daughter and the grandchildren had, the pool was the main focus for all,amenities where great, recommend it to anyone on a family holiday.

Unique place to enjoy your time in Tenerife
The Villa is overlooking the ocean, Los Américas and Los Cristianos and very easily reachable. The most beautiful places of Tenerife are only within minutes with a car reachable.

Home from home.
Perfect for our needs, with the convenience of all the restaurants and bars close by but far enough away for it to be peaceful on an evening. The villa is furnished to a high standard, immaculately clean and tidy. The garden has beautiful views facing the sea with sunshine and shade where required. Can't wait to go back!

Amazing holiday at Villa Julia
We have just returned from a fabulous two weeks stay at Villa Julia with my two daughters and 3 grandchildren aged 9, 6 and 22 months. Lucas was there to greet us, give us the keys and show us around the house. We hired a car which we picked up at the airport and were able to park this in the garage in the basement. Siam Mall is a short walk down the hill and has a supermarket, shops and places to eat. If you don’t have a car and need to get further afield, there is also a taxi rank at the mall. The whole time we were in Tenerife we felt safe. It was very quiet compared to what it would be normally be at this time of year, but that was nice for us. We were impressed with how social distancing rules were enforced and everyone followed them. The villa itself is amazing. The children loved the pool and my daughters loved the sun loungers! The outside space at this villa is stunning with artificial grass, palm trees and a sun terrace. There are plenty of umbrellas for shade, and towels are provided for the pool so you don’t need to take your own. There are also buckets and spades etc in the garage for the children to use at the beach. The villa has everything you need to make it a home from home, it even has UK TV channels and movies if you fancy a night in. The kitchen is really well equipped and there was water and a bottle of wine in the fridge when we got there as well as tea coffee etc. The rooms in the villa are lovely and furnished to a very high standard. The bedrooms have lots of wardrobe space and really comfortable beds. The front double bedroom has an amazing view of the sea and the lower floor double bedroom is a large quiet room. Although the master bedroom overlooks the road, we had no problem sleeping. The only disappointing part of this holiday was having to get back on the plane to come home. Thank you Walter and Lucas for helping to make our holiday so enjoyable.

Perfect relaxing family holiday, in Villa Julia.
My husband and I and 2 daughters aged 15yrs and 19yrs have just returned to the UK from a beautiful 10 day stay in the luxurious Villa Julia. This holiday was very relaxing and made even more stress free by the well kept modern spotlessly clean Villa. The idyllic surrounding views of the sea and mountains where so peaceful and enjoyed in this quiet location. A road passes by the Villa but not busy or problematic, no construction noise or issues in this area either. As a family we felt very safe once we arrived at the Villa and during the whole holiday. The Covid 19 safe guidance in Adeje and Tenerife was policed and made us feel even more safe and supported well by the local people. Restaurant Martini in Siam Mall is a must visit. Many restaurants in other towns where closed due to Covid and lack of tourists. We ate several times here the food always superb, staff very friendly and helpful. A big thank you to the owner Walter and support staff, especially Lucas for making us feel welcome and this the most beautiful relaxing much needed family holiday in a long time. We will defiantly be returning to Villa Julia.

Nice views but noisy
Villa Julia has lovely views and the outside area is good. Unfortunately what was probably a quiet road when the villa was built is now busy day and night. There is also lots of construction higher up so during the day there were many lorries and cement mixers constantly back and forwards. We also thought that as the villa is advertised as luxury it would benefit from an upgrade as chairs were badly worn, linen didn’t fit the beds and towels were worn. The downstairs bedroom, although large, does not have any windows, which was an issue for us.

We are very surprised by this review. As in many places in Tenerife (and other places) there are buildings in construction. These constructions are fare away from the house. And only a few lorries are passing in the avenue. The bedroom downstairs has a window. The linen is in perfect state.But more important, this guest forgot to enumefrate the damages occured by him/her on the furniture and that stuff disapeared from the house. We made the comment and got this review as a result. It is also important to see that this is the only 3 on 5 review on the house.
