Wish there were more nights available mid-October 2020!
This place was great!
Unfortunately for us we planned our trip to the Buffalo River area at a popular mid-October time, and Bella Casa only had two nights available the week we came.
In addition to the three bedrooms and two baths, this place had a downstairs game room with ping-pong table couches and TV, a washer & dryer upstairs (that we needed after getting all wet & dirty hiking around Buffalo National River Park), a full kitchen, living room upstairs with a huge big-screen TV, a BBQ grill outside, and a fire pit outside. (Picture of the front of the house is attached)
We had a fire each of the two nights we stayed and made S’mores.(picture attached). With the added treat of being visited by the fire each night by the cattle herding dog, that was very friendly.
It is a little bit of a bumpy gravel road to get here but well worth it. Its situated in the middle of cattle pastures ( picture looking out at one pasture from the front yard is attached).

Exceeded ALL our expectations!!
Beautiful winding road over the Ponce/Boxley bridge following directions through a lovely wooded drive to the spectacular huge cabin in a clearing. Easy access to Jasper and the Buffalo Outdoor Center. A general store is near for anything you forgot to bring. The layout and amenities of this home are first class without being pretentious. Everything you need for total comfort and relaxation. The wrap around spacious porch keeps the sun at bay with two large decks for morning coffee overlooking the pond with fog drifting over the mountains. The larger of two decks has hammocks which look out on the awesome hot tub and fire pit. The sounds of nature abound and if your lucky you will see elk, deer and cows in route to this gorgeous home. The owners have thought of every detail!!! Don't forget to zip line- they take every precaution and it was a once in a lifetime fabulous experience.

Solitude, quiet, clean, restful
Such a great location in the middle of the mountains -- with quick and easy access to Buffalo Outdoor Center, Kyle's Landing, Ponca, and all the adventurous places. A clean and roomy mountain-feeling cabin! We loved our stay.

Amazing home in a peaceful quiet valley
This home is amazing and has everything needed for a peaceful recharging weekend. Hot tub, fire pit, amazing deck for viewing wildlife, and most of all location.

Spacious, peaceful vacation house.....we loved staying here
Our group of 12 thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at the Bella Casa last October. Not only was the house clean, roomy, well stocked for a large group or family, the location was serenely idilic. We spent our days rock climbing at the nearby Horseshoe Canyon Ranch and enjoyed evenings at the house with home grilled dinners, hot tubbing, stargazing, ping pong tournaments, and movies. We have made plans to return this fall.

Wonderful seclusion and comfort near the Buffalo
We really enjoyed a long weekend at Bella Casa Buffalo River. The front and side porches are perfect for drinks or an outdoor dinner. There's a fence around the quaint house, with convenient places to park at the rear of the house. Because it's at the end of a gravel road, it's exceptionally quiet. Our teenagers got a kick out of the cattle that wandered by now and then. They also enjoyed the ping-pong table. The location is great if you're interested in exploring the Buffalo. You can't drive (or even walk, I think) directly to the river, but Steele Creek campground is about seven minutes away by car, depending how fast you're willing to take the gravel road back to the highway. Kelly obviously knows how to manage a rental property -- she called us courteously soon after we arrived to make sure everything was in order.
