Excellent condo
They have a problem 2 bedroom condos and upgraded me to 3 bedroom issue or concerns. Condo was exactly how would looking at pictures and had housekeeping everyday even let me pick the times for cleaning. I will definitely Book this rental property again

Mal servicio y mala responsabilidad de Trip advisor
No me siento conforme con los servicios de TripAdvisor ni con la supuesta garantía porque no han hecho caso a mi reclamo. Desde ahora no utilizo más sus servicios desintalo la app de ustedes y a todo el que me pregunte por ustedes les daré la mala fama de lo que me hicieron gracias.

Wonderful appartment
The appartment has a large main bedroom with a huge bed and loads of storage, a jucuzzi bath, shower and toilet en suite. The living room/ kitchen is also very spacious and well equipped. There is another bedroom with ensuite and another toilet etc.The balcony is large and has a gorgeous view- (v. slightly less so now) The lovely swimming pool and the perfect beach are just a few steps away down some stairs (the appartment is on the second floor.) The small town centre is 10/12 min walk away and a couple of restaurants and a small supermarket is approx 5 mins walk away.
The contact Tanesse communicates brilliantly and was very helpful.
V. Minor points-the bedroom curtains could have been thicker, the BBQ on the balcony was rusty and unusable, a small welcome note with local taxi numbers, supermarket locations etc would have been helpful. The water cooler supplies v. hot water for drinks as well as cold... we took ages looking for a kettle!
Note that you have to bring your own soap, shampoo etc also there are also no tea bags, salt etc
The disappointment was the building site next door. There was NO noise from the site - men worked there digging the foundations by hand- so gentle taping of stones cold just be heard. However it does detract from the view - they have enclosed the site with a black fence which isn't pretty- the site itself looks like an archaeological dig at the moment so would be better without the fence! When this is block completed I don't think that it will not detract from the appartment though. Generally a lovely place...

A wonderful place in a beautiful location!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was just like the photos and description and the owners very communicative and helpful.
However...before renting this place I would advise people to check on the status of construction taking place directly next door. Unfortunately for us, the builders started leveling ground during our stay which had a huge impact on our holiday. It's hard to imagine you are in paradise with heavy machinery noise. However, the landlord was quite fair and gave us some money back for those days during our stay when work was taking place. They didn't have to do this and it meant a lot to us that they did. We really appreciated their concern about how our holiday was being impacted by the construction. These are the best kind of people to rent from! I don't think the new building will have a negative impact on what is an amazing view from the balcony, but I think it would be wise to just get the status on the new building before booking. If it weren't for the construction issue, I would have happily given the condo a 5 star plus and would gladly rent the place again.

Exceclente, recomiendo este lugar nos encanto en su totalidad, la persona que lo administra muy amable, estamos emocionados para volver en algun momento.

Excellent place
I was with my husband in one of the condos per 15 days. It is very safe with high security!!. It is peaceful, clean and the people are very friendly. If you have a minimum inconvenient, you can call and immediately they fix it.
The beach is amazing, you can enjoying a lot under the beautiful trees. You have a lot of beach chairs, tables.....everything that you need to enjoy the time. The swimming pool is very beautiful too. It is a place highly recommended to relax.

Just what the Doctor ordered....
I stayed in Hispaniola Beach late January until the 3rd of February, 2016. My girlfriend and I had the time of our life.
The scenery of Hispaniola Beach was simply beautiful, tranquil and everything a couple could ever ask for. Todd and Tanese made our experience even better because everything was so organized and they provided us with excellent advice on places to eat and things to do.
I enjoyed my stay so much that I've already booked another visit just 2 months later.

Little piece of paradise
At first I was a bit skeptical, since it had no reviews... but Todd was really helpful through the process, so I went ahead and booked the place, and what can I say... I don't regret ever this decision, since it was everything I was looking for and more. Great apartment with a wonderful view of the beach and pool, also included a very friendly maid. The location is excellent, with lots of good places to eat nearby and it's just 15min drive away from Cabarete, which is also nice and has lots good places to eat and hangout! Hope to visit this place again, and Thanks Todd and Julissa!
