K&K Villa is a beautiful, cozy, comfortable home located in a quiet community just 8 miles from Disney Parks. It is a 5 bedroom 4 bath air-conditioned villa with two Master Suites, large private pool deck and pool and jacuzzi/spa.

Great family vacation!
This home is very pretty, clean and perfect for a family vacation. Kids enjoyed the large pool. Kitchen had all we needed. Owner provides plenty towels (bathroom and pool towels), blankets, and linens. Free use of baby equipment was great. Flat screen televisions in each bedroom was very nice. Having a Walmart Super center was a plus. Just 5 minutes to buy groceries, souvenirs and anything else we needed. Short drive to parks. Overall, I highly recommend this home. Pretty, comfortable, very clean and owner is very easy to deal with.

This house is AMAZING....
Everything you needed in a stress free vacation....The kids and adults faces were priceless when they walked through the front door of your house....... House was beautiful, kids enjoyed pool.. Thank you

Awesome Vacation
Had a wonderful vacation. Place was clean. Close to restaurants, parks, shopping. Kids had a blast. Owner was a pleasure to deal with. Would not stay anywhere else on my next trip to Orlando.

Home away from home
The house was clean and comfortable and immediately was able to feel like I was at home. Definitely family/kid friendly with plastic plates and cups for them and yet glassware for the adults. The pack and play was in great shape and so was the high chair and strollers! The superwall mart about a 5 minute drive down the street had everything we needed and there were many restaurants to choose from including delivery a couple nights. The pool heat wasnt on when we arrived but a quick call to the owner and she had management check right away and noted a reimbursement for the period without heat. The neighborhood was friendly and one day we left our car door open and a neighbor walking by let us know! The alarm on the door was a great relief since we had kids around and we didnt have to worry about a kid getting into the pool area without our knowledge. There was even a few pool toys/floaties to use and the hottub was amazing after a long day of walking at disney for our achey feet! It was easy to get to the parks about 20 minutes (without traffic). If you plan on using the washing machine be aware its a HE washing machine so you can purchase the right soap. This was awesome for us since I couldnt pack enough clothes for my big family and use of the washer was imperative! I would definitely recommend this place. It was a great vacation home! thanks!

Beautiful house
My family and I stayed at the k & k villa in June 2016, when my family and I walked into this house we were amazed at how beautiful and spotless it was immediately we felt at home. My children's two favorite places were the pool and game room, my favorite place was the master suite and the kitchen that is fully stocked pot,pans,bakeware,utensils,blender etc, all I had to do was buy food. Walmart and publix were only a few minutes away and so was Disney. The owner is a pleasure and always replied to any questions I had within minutes. I would love to return in summer 2017.

Family Disney World Trip
Love the convenience and luxury of feeling like I was at home while visiting the Disney Parks.
The house was immaculate and the beds comfortable.
Loved using the pool and cooking meals. The large eating area allowed us to share family meals together and share our Disney memories.
We especially loved have the availability of strollers there and not having to travel with them.
The owner is amazing and responded immediately to any questions we had.
We all look forward to our next trip to Disney World and will definitely rent this home again!

Amazing house
The house is amazing. It is exactly as the photos, clean, spacious, family and kid friendly, in a few words beautiful and comfortable.
There are many restaurants with plenty options of food near the house and a super walmart that allows you save money.
The owner responded immediately to any questions.
The neighborhood was beautiful, after a busy and crowded day in a park return to the house was really relaxing
We all look forward to our next trip to Disney World and will definitely rent this home again!

La casa es maravillosa. Es exactamente como se ve en las fotografías , limpia, espaciosa y con todo lo necesario para una familia, niños incluidos, en pocas palabras bonita y confortable.
Hay muchos restaurantes cerca de la casa que ofrecen multiples variedad de comida, también hay un super walmart cerca que nos permitió ahorrar dinero.
El dueño responde inmediatamente cualquier pregunta o solicitud.
El vecindario es hermoso, después de un día en los parques con tantas personas es realmente relajante regresar a la casa.
En nuestro siguiente viaje a Disney definitivamente rentaremos esta casa nuevamente!
