We can't think of anywhere for a better value. This home recently upgraded with a new kitchen, new bathrooms, new furniture and new pool lounges.
The home is well maintained and very comfortable. We called to advise about damaged screens around the pool and within a couple days a crew was here and all the damaged areas were replaced with new screens.
The A/C is wonderful, the pool is heated to our liking. The area is quiet, but close to everything.
On our second day we rebooked for next year.
Dinos, the owner, is very cooperative quick to resond. Also looks like the home was freshly painted. Paradise.

Lovely 4 bedroom villa
I’ve just come back from a brilliant holiday and stayed for a week in this lovely villa. All big rooms and everything you could possibly need. Very good location - not too far from the parks. There are some nice restaurants nearby and shops too. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Lovely Villa
This is the second time I have rented this villa as the last time , my stay was so enjoyable. The villa is in a perfect location close but not too close to all of the parks and attractions. The villa is very well appointed and is truly a”home from home”. The pool is great and heated for a modest cost, well maintained with loungers and table and chairs. Perfect for breakfast in the sun . The kitchen has been totally re fitted since my last visit and it appears the owner is keen to keep the accommodation well maintained regarding the comfort for his guests. Highly recommended and I shall certainly be re renting in the future .

If you want home from home luxury in Florida, this is the place to stay!
This exemplary family-friendly four bedroomed house has everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Location is great when you want to get out and about and for those lazy days - the pool and extensive house amenities are superb. Thanks to Dinos and everyone who look after the place so efficiently, even arranging a brand new lounge suite to be delivered during our stay! We’ll definitely be booking in again for next year .

Comfortable Stay
My family I really enjoyed our stay. The whole environment is comfortable that you would forget it's a vacation home. The neighborhood is quiet and nice. Your very close to all the main parks and attractions. If you have any questions or need anything, you can always contact Mr Dinos and he always answers right back without a delay. Will definitely be booking again in the near future.

Davenport 4 bedroom villa and pool
I just recently stood at this home and forgot it was a vacation home because my family and I felt so much at home I thought it was my home . The stay was very cozy the central air worked great the pool was nice and clean and during the stay they came to clean the pool and pool side . the 4 bedroom accommodated us well even tho it’s a 4 bedroom there was also a sofa bed in the living room , we were able to grill with the propane grill or optional charcoal mini grill, all in all my stay was fantastic and I highly recommend this villa home

Great family home close to everything
We were a group of 4 adults and 3 kids. This house was perfect and room to spare for additional people if needed. Very well maintained, equipped home.
Location was a plus, close to everything, quiet neighborhood.
The owner and management team was very quick to respond. Only had to contact them once the morning after arrival, for nothing more than something minor with WiFi.
The private pool was a big hit with our grandkids, once the water was warm enough to get in. Definitely would stay here again. Great week.

This is the second year in a row that we booked this house! The house is well equipped with everything that we needed for a very comfortable stay in Florida. I also truly appreciate how quickly the owner and property manager responded when needed.I recommend the house. Thank you, Dinos, for your time and hospitality!

Fantastic house
Thanks for renting us your fantastic house. We especially enjoyed the brilliant pool area. Anyone visiting over the Christmas months I would highly recommend paying a little bit more for the heated pool option. It was so lovely and warm - great to have evening swims and not be cold! Kitchen was nice and new. Large house so brilliant for larger families. Great location just 15 mins from Disney and 5 minutes to nearest shops. Thanks again!

Holiday villa Florida
A very nice villa with everything you need to enjoy your holiday . It’s only 30 minutes drive from all parks a very nice villa we thoroughly enjoyed are time there and we will be going back again ..
