This was our second year staying at this condo. I can not say enough good things about this property. Wonderful view of the beach. The condo is also very clean and well maintained. The owner is very responsive when I had questions. We will definitely be back!

The condo was just as advertised in the listing. Everything was in great condition, very clean, and worked. It was a short easy walk to the beach too. We definitely appreciated how well stocked it was too.
I really liked the availability of the extra outlets on the nightstand. That’s always one annoying thing about condos, having to move furniture or climb under the bed to get to a plug, so that was nice. Also liked that there was dual ceiling fans as well as an electric fan in the closet for some extra white noise.
The view from the master bedroom is great too. Just make sure to close the curtains before you leave or the room gets pretty hot compared to the rest of the condo.
The only con of the condo in my opinion was the furniture. The couches were not comfortable and old. The balcony could use a nice chair or 2 also instead of only barstool height chairs.
A con of the complex, nothing to do with this property specifically, is the beach chair service. If there was even a slight breeze the kid would come by and shut all the umbrellas saying they didn’t want them to tumble away. Meanwhile the flag on the flagpole is barely moving. Also they came around to pack them up before 3:00 each day with 3-4 hours of sunlight left in the day. Since it was complimentary it was alright I guess but had I paid for that service it would have been frustrating to only get a couple of hours of shade each day.
We recommend this condo, great value for a 3 bed!

Absolutely wonderful Condo you will find in Ft Walton! The Complex is small which makes it less crowded than others. I rode the elevators for a week and never had another person in it with me. First, it is the closest Condo that I’ve ever seen to the Ocean. You are right on top of the water while on your balcony. The pool is in the front which allowed the Condo to be so close to the Ocean. Our Condo was huge and very comfortable and more than enough space for 6 people. It was newly renovated with comfort in mind. Because it is a smaller complex, it was quiet and serene and unlike the big condos, there is no bad parking area. The view had to be the best thing and the room itself running a close second. The Owner bent over backwards for us. Forget Destin, stay here just once and you’ll be hooked, and that’s a promise!!

We thoroughly enjoyed watching the dolphins every morning from the balcony and the umbrella/chairs were much appreciated. Wednesday we watched a short fireworks display from the beach and the fishing pier is worth the $2 to see shark! My only complaint (and I understand that things happen) is that the property was not ready when we arrived until 5:00 p.m.; delaying our ability to unpack and grocery shop. Also, we were only provided one trash bag for the week. I texted housekeeping and she said she would bring us more but she didn’t show up until Wednesday night.
