A notre arrivée un peu n importe quoi on nous envoie d une porte à l autre jusqu à ce que notre hôte arrive elle est bien avenante et nous conduit à notre condo mais aucun retour pendant la semaine on doit se débrouiller seul pour fonctionnement piscine et plage on obtient laisser-passer avec un dépôt de 60$ supposément remboursable mais seul 20$ nous a été remis pour carte du stationnement pour le reste le condo est ok mais sans plus les matelas sont inconfortables le plus demeure la piscine ok plage qu on a refait pendant notre séjour et la proximité des services

The condo was beautiful exactly as looked in the pictures if not better! Extremely clean, very modern & staff at the building all friendly and helpful. The condo is in the perfect location to access local shopping and near highways to explore surrounding areas. Shopping at Sawgrass Mills and Dolphin mall is fantastic plus local boulevards all within 5 to 30 minutes of the condo. Great nightlife within 30 minutes of the condo. We liked Hollywood Hard Rock Casino with restaurants and bars only 10 minutes away. Hollywood boulevard has lots to offer lovely restaurants, bars and clubs within 10 minutes. Fort Lauderdale and south beach has lots to offer in the day & night only 30 minutes drive. Liliana our host was lovely and helpful offering her tips of the area. We had a wonderful trip, loved our stay & hope to be back soon!

Pasamos unas muy lindas vacaciones, el apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotos, super limpio y bien decorado. El condominio esta sobre la playa. La piscina es climatizada y super grande. Hay un supermercado y mini restaurant dentro del complejo. Gracias a Marcello Frantoio por la atención recibida.

Muy lindo el departamento y la decoración! Me recibieron muy bien y la vista es estupenda. La ubicación es ideal.

We spent a great time at this apartment. It was very clean and well maintained. The pool is heated and right on the beach.

El departamento es tal como se ve en las fotos. Cómodo y bien equipado. He ido al complejo varias veces porque me parece q tiene muy buena ubicación y amenities en relación precio-calidad. Fui en diferentes épocas del año y por primera vez en febrero, y el único detalle es que estaba muy lleno el edificio y había cierto problemas en horas pico con los ascensores, había que esperar 10/15 minutos reloj para poder tomar alguno...así q paciencia (ahí recuerden que están de vacaciones y relax!!!)

Realmente lo estamos pasando muy bien. La cocina está bien equipada, muy acogedor el liviano y dormitorio es confortable. El acceso a la playa es muy cercano , realmente estamos pasando unos lindos días de descanso.

This review will have 2 parts. One for the condo itself and the other for "The Tides". We had a nice Vacation. The Condo is very nice. It has all the bare essentials. The Condo was clean and comfortable. The balcony is nice, but pretty noisy being street facing. It is big enough for a few more chairs. We like to have breakfast outside and there are only 2 chairs. The couch and beds are comfortable. There is great storage between the closet and dresser. Plenty of control of the HVAC. We also bought beach towels at Walmart. There really aren't beach towels. I would prefer to pay $10 more and be provided all the needed things. There are 4 of each dish, and we are there for 7 days. Provide dish detergent or Dishwasher soap for the week. We had to keep going to the store. (Paper Towels, Dish soap, toilet paper, salt, pepper. My deposit was refunded promptly. Regarding the tides: -The store is very convenient. -Check in was difficult. We arrived at the office a 5PM exactly GPS time to a locked door. Couldn't get "building" access until the next day. (We got in the condo) -The beach is nice, a little narrow compared to Hollywood. -Had to pay extra $20 for (FOB/key) so my wife and I could both have "access". (1 Fob Key for 4 adults is unreasonable). -The condo is billed as kid friendly. It isn't really, since anyone under 14 has be escorted. -The security around the pool is over the top. She told my son he couldn't jump in. When I asked why? She said its a rule on the board. It is not. It said no diving. -Some of the residents are very uptight. One guy in particular was yelling, cursing and swearing about kids throwing a nerf ball in the pool. I would only recommend the Tides for Adults only.

Upon arrival we were met by Natalia as pre arranged, she was very kind and accommodating! She located luggage cart and help us in with our luggage the condo was just as pictured with what meets the eye! Could use a fresh coat of paint on wall and baseboards but other than that very clean and efficient! Condo represents sleeps 4 so was expecting enough beach chairs for that amount and towels & washrags however only two chairs, three bath towel and 3 wash cloths for bathing and 4 adittiinsl beach towels. Natalia was more than considerate and brough is an additional chair and extra bath towels! She also made a trip to help us figure out tv which was in Spanish and we coul not figure it out. She was always ready to help and very kind! We enjoyed the condo very much and would recommend it to anyone and I would return myself. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Natalia! God Bless

Impeccable: location (practically on the beach), architecture, renovation, cleanliness, decoration, furnishing, beach chairs and umbrella, service from Mrs. Natalia Arenas. Convenient: grocery and general stores, 7-eleven, restaurants, mall, casino, horse race track (very close, by car) But: (a) all we found in the apartment was one soap (that we had to cut in two) and half a roll of toilet paper. We stayed 10 days, so we had to (and you will probably have to) buy: paper towels, toilet paper, Kleenex, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, dish detergent, etc (in addition to the obvious groceries that we expected to buy). It was not am expensive total, but a nuisance (as we kept forgetting about stuff); (b) we missed the ocean sight and sound (instead we had a nice balcony on a busy traffic A1A). We probably should have considered the extra expense for a “ocean view”; (c) the beach is beautiful, but very narrow, and thus, crowded. You decide.
