We absolutely loved it. Beautiful apartment with excellent view. Apartment had everything family needs for vacation. Boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, plenty of space for seven people to sleep. We were only four but Can easily sleep more. Restaurants across the street Walmart half a mile away.

I was really looking forward to our vacation in sunny Florida. we planned well in advance and found what was booked as "spectacular oceanfront Condo" in Hollywood, Florida overlooking the pool and the beach. we checked in and what we saw was a tall building a parking lot and as you got closer to the sliding glass windows we saw the beach not what the picture look like at all! the apartment was run down, there was rust everywhere in the kitchen bathroom the oven was unsafe I sat down at the dining room table really sad. I decided to call TripAdvisor. I spoke with Ron and he was great. We left. We were on our way home looking for another place to stay. It didn't take more than a day and a half and we were refunded all our money. Thank you, TripAdvisor to all your staff and all your efforts and for being fair and compassionate, thank you

I can't say enough great things about this rental. The owner Ines was so accommodating. The condo was fully equipped. Decorated perfect. The pool area and beach were perfect. My family had a beautiful time.

This review is long overdue. I never leave any reviews online, but I was so happy with the rental and service that I had to do it this time. I traveled to Florida with my Wife and brother to celebrate the birth of our nephew. We wanted to rent a condo close to our sisters home and we found this one which was about 5 minutes away. The location and emenites were amazing. The beach area of the condo was clean and my wife enjoyed it very much. Pretty much everything was walking distance like the walmart and other stores. In the condo the beds were comfortable and good size. The kitchen was huge and so was the living room. The best part was the balcony and the view of the beach every morning and sunset. When my parents came to visit us they loved the balcony and spent lots of time there. My only complaint would be the very slow wi-fi internet. But that should be a quick fix and I did mention that to the owners. The owners of this condo are very nice people and were very honest. They price their rentals very well and was very happy with the deal and price I payed to stay there for 8 days. I will be going to call them for our next trip to Florida and whenever we come to visit our family there. Thank you Ines. You and your husband were great in every aspect.

I will start with the good. The unit was clean and the AC worked. Anna, the lady that we met to check us in was nice and helpful. We had confusion with check in. The beds were terrible. I am 5'2" and my feet hung off the bed. I sat on the bed and the top mattress fell through the bottom. Needed more boards to support top mattress. My husband had to lay diagonally the first night. The second night he slept in the living room on a hard futon/couch. I would highly recommend replacing both beds. The furniture in living room was so low to the floor (maybe 16 inches from floor to top of hard couch). If you want a comfortable place to sit after a long day, don't count of this furniture. After we finally got checked in and wanted to walk to the beach, we were told that the pool and access to the beach was closed for repair. I asked if this was told to the owners of all rentals, and was informed that the owners were all sent a letter informing them of this repair. However, we were not informed of this. You could walk to the next building and use their pool and access to the beach. As you can imagine during summer, the pool was crowded. It was an inconvenience to say the least and we felt this should have been told to us. And, less don't forget the laying of the new carpet. We awoke early each morning to the workers talking and hammering and laying new carpet. Even if the pool and access to the beach was not closed, and even if our morning wake up call was not the chit chat and hammering, I would still not return to this rental. The furniture was awful. It looked new, but sooo uncomfortable.

Nuestras expectativas han sido ampliamente cubiertas tanto por el departamento que es hermoso, muy bien ubicado y está arreglado con muy buen gusto. El apartamento se ve recientemente renovado. El equipamiento y la ropa blanca fueron suficientes y en buen estado, y con un juego de reposeras para playa, tiene una piscina es hermosa. Sin duda alguna y si Dios lo permite volveremos, o podremos recomendar a personal de confianza ese lugar.

Right on beach fairly close to super market and some restaurants. Should have car if u want to visit sites. If u just want to hang tremendous. Owner very nice and accommodates you if needed

Our visit was perfect from beginning to end. The owners met us as soon as we arrived and made everything so easy for us. The unit has a great view of the ocean. We sat on the balcony and enjoyed many sunrises. We were able to have quick meals in the cafe on the first floor which was so convenient. The beach was out the back door, the work out room was great and the people so very helpful. We walked to Hollywood Beach for breakfast every morning which was absolutely a blissful walk. The accommodations were very clean and there were plenty of towels and beach stuff which was great because all we needed was suntan lotion. We would absolutely stay again and again. You will be completely happy with the location and the hosts.
