very good place, comfortable, spacious well equiped big kitchen good and numerous beds tropical garden, salted water swimming pool and good spa, no noise a place to recommand

Perfect place to stay for families with small children. Was very peaceful and safe, the staff were exceptionally nice and welcoming. Close to everything. The house was large enough for 6 of us to stay comfortably, most of our time was spent at the pool or on the huge enclosed deck though.

The good: Great beach, very clean, machine cleaned during the night Great location in close proximity to good bars, restaurants and cheap bus transportation to the Keys Clean rooms and well taken care of Nice garden Clean outdoor hot tub Many beach chairs Very nice outdoor pool Friendly staff Large screened in second floor deck Three TV's in condo Close parking to your room Reasonable rates Well stocked kitchen Plenty of bathroom towels Each unit has it's own laundry area Easily controlled HVAC The not so good: Small bathrooms Small kitchen Many wall outlets need repair, plugs won't stay in sockets Very unnecessary recreation fee of $20.00 per night added but not told about until our condo was fully paid, you don't get anything for it Second bathroom in condo is not connected to the second bedroom Not handicapped accessible Spiral staircase makes carrying luggage up to the second floor very difficult We enjoyed out stay at Coco plum Florida Keys Beach Home Pool Fishing Diving and would definitely recommend it to others. The good definitely outweighs the not so good.

The place was very nice. Staff were kind and very helpful. Everything was perfect. We had a good time in Marathon.

We were very satisfied with our vacation unit. The location, clean & well equipped, friendly and helpful people working there; what more could you ask for? There were little things that were a little annoying but did not spoil our stay. All of the steps were one of these things, but by the end of our 7 day stay, we got used to them. Overall we thought our experience was very good.

The facility was good but the beach sucked bad had to leave our rental to find other beaches to swim

Post hurricane and still a spectacular place to stay. Office staff was great. Free use of tennis court, rackets, and balls. Pool and jacuzzi were very excellent. TG

Had a great time! Staff was helpful and loved having a laundry room. Still lots of work to be done in Marathon and surrounding keys after the hurricane but don’t let that stop you. Support them and visit!!

Ofschoon de sporen van orkaan Irma nog goed te zien zijn, is de locatie schitterend. Mooi prive strand en verwarmd zwembad! We hebben ook lekker genoten van de warme jacuzzi. Het appartement was schoon en heel luxe. Een echte aanrader voor diegene die de Keys wil bezoeken.
