A really nice place to stay
We stayed two weeks in this lovely house near disney. It was a very nice vacation. The House has everything you need. We had some problems with the warm water. But we have also been able to solve this thanks to the detailed documentation.
Due to our late departure we were allowed to stay a little longer on the departure day. We really loved that. Thank you for everything....

2nd time visitor
We stayed in The Florida Pad in Feb. 2018 and again in Feb. 2019. And we just booked for 2020 too! It's a great location for Disney, golf, sightseeing, and relaxing by the pool. There are lots of shopping centres and restaurants nearby. Marianne is a delight to deal with - very accommodating and caring. Recent flooring upgrades have improved the overall appearance and I hear additional improvements are planned.

Great Stay, Nice Accomodations
Great location, close to Disney as well as ballparks used for college spring games. Spacious living room and good sized bedrooms. Perfect sized pool for a nice cool down on a hot day. Amenities were great for eating in and relaxing. Minor issue was the sporadic hot water when showering.

Thank you for your review Joseph, yes we find the location perfect for all our activities, relaxing in or by the pool after a hectic day is great. We enjoy eating in too and having the facilities to do this is a bonus.
We are sorry to hear you had a problem with the hot water during your stay, I have checked with our management company and they popped along to show you how they worked they tell us that you weren’t opening the faucets quite far enough, we hope this was resolved to your satisfaction.

A real home from home!
Perfect location, close to all the attractions with plenty of places to eat nearby.
We really enjoyed this family friendly home with its own private pool. Great to have all the facilities including a full kitchen, we felt right at home here, and look forward to coming back again soon.

Had 2 weeks here over Christmas and had a great time the facilities in the house were fantastic.We had a BBQ for Christmas lunch round the pool so relaxing and pleasant.
The house is only 10 minutes from Disney/Sea World and also Universal Studios with other shops and facilities close by.
I can highly recommend this place for a Holiday.
Shane and Marianne where great and very easy to deal with and we look forward to our next trip.

Stayed at this fantastic home for 2 weeks over Christmas would recommend this place to anyone looking for a place to stay it’s fantastic it has everything you want the owners cannot do enough to make sure your stay is comfortable we are returning this year and would never stay anywhere else it’s close to all amenities we love it

Nice, reasonable home away from home
Great home with everything provided. Plenty of towels, cooking supplies and all amenities needed for a nice, relaxing vacation.

A pleasant Winter get-away in Kissimmee
The Florida Pad provided us with a comfortable home base while we escaped Winter for Feb. 2018. Although close enough to Disney, the house is in a quiet residential neighbourhood so you can get away from the crazy traffic! We lucked out with the weather and enjoyed many golf games at area courses, and then found the pool very inviting when we returned. We enjoyed several area restaurants (Longhorn Steakhouses were our favourites), but we also made good use of the barbeque.
Although dated, the house was clean. The owner (Marianne) was a delight to deal with, and has indicated upgrades are planned for Summer 2018.
We will be back.
