This is a nice place to stay. The owner is easy to get in touch with and works hard to accommodate their guests' needs. The house's location is perfect in that it is only a 15-20 minute drive to all four Disney World parks!!! Also, the place was very secure and had a state-of-the-art security system. The pool was so great to relax in after a long day!!!! Though the place was nice, it does need a little updating, especially in the second bathroom (plumbing is not the greatest in this bathroom), mattresses were hard, and the living room sofas are extremely worn. I would book this house again and recommend it to others.

While the house itself is a nice home it needs work. The pool was not filtering and needed to be cleaned. The house has a mold smell which I thought in previous reviews the owner stated was going to be fixed. The most disturbing thing was that there were bugs. While I understand that Florida living has these critters , it is still unsettling to see them. IF these things were to be fixed it would be amazing.

The house is in a beautiful area, with supermarkets within walking distance, and not far from the main attraction centers. The house is in good condition although it could have better maintenance. Because it is seen that sometimes the house is long without inhabitants, the house has some musty smells and the windows of some rooms have formed mold due to humidity and lack of ventilation. The kitchen is functional but the existing appliances do not all work properly, there is a garbage disposal, but it does not work or we did not know how to make it work. The pool area is good and the water temperature is good. The air conditioning system in the house works well. As for televisions, not all worked. The internet is good, but unfortunately the computer is somewhat obsolete, so it is very slow, but it worked. The house has enough towels both for bathing and for the pool. The beds are comfortable, although the bedding could be improved since some sheets are stained and do not look very clean. The clothes washer and dryer run smoothly. The oven, the stove and the microwave oven work correctly although the extractor hood light does not work as well as the light inside the oven. In general terms it is a good option but it has some details that can be improved.

The house itself was nice and roomy. . The only bad thing I have to say about it is the house smelled like mold really bad, and the beds were not comfortable at all.

We were blown away when we arrived. The pictures just do not do this home justice! We loved it! It was hard to get the kids (they're teenagers lol) to go anywhere because the house was so comfortable. Loved the private pool. The game room was a wonderful bonus! Everything was clean (like, spic and span clean)! Loved the extra little touches around the home. It was just such a wonderful vacation, and 90% of it was due to this house. We will definitely be coming back!

Great location the visitors book was good to recommend restaurants near by .The villa itself was spotless comfy beds loads of storage especially in the master massive walk in closet.The sitting areas couches were cumfy and the formal dining table was beautiful.Nice pool very quite location .

The location is fantastic for Disney, shops , restaurants and Universal. A lovely, quiet neighbourhood. The house is great size, clean and welcoming. Everything we needed to help us settle in was there,. A very detailed folder at the villa gave us great hints and tips. The pool was very inviting. We loved everything about the villa and look forward to booking it again next time we come to Florida.

We are just back today from a 3 week stay in this villa. The pictures don’t do the villa justice. The villa was comfortable, clean and very spacious for a family of 4. The children especially loved the pool area which caught the sun all day and games area was a bonus. It also has a great security system and safety deposit box. The villa is within easy reach of all the parks and I would definitely visit again if on holiday in Florida or recommend to friends. A great holiday had by all.

This villa is in an excellent location very close to all attractions. You can be at SeaWorld in less than 15 minutes. The pool is lovely and gets the sun all day. Villa is well equipped.

Llegamos de noche en un horario en que la oficina estaba cerrada , no obstante pudimos comunicarnos y para nuestra tranquilidad , en la oficina misma dentro de una caja fuerte con un codigo que nos pasaron, pudimos obtener un sobre con el codigo de acceso a la villa y a la casa. Me sorprendi...para bien. Llegamos , la casa era inmensa....incluso tenia una habitacion mas de la que habiamos contratado. Super completa en lo que vajilla,muebles y electrodomesticos refiere.Impecable.Todo funcionaba a la perfeccion.Solo tuvimos un inconveniente.Un domingo al llegar, el codigo de acceso a la casa no funcionaba, tiraba error. Mas alla de ser dia no laborale , nos atendieron y lo resolvieron de inmediato. Sin duda lo recomiendo. Volveremos!
