To start off, when we arrive to this place it smelled like Mold. We checked the beds and there was hair in them, the sheets were stained and there was some beddings with holes. windows were streaked, the floors were not washed. The carpets are dirty.
The pool had worms and spider in it. The screen around the pool was full of spider web.
Two garbage bins were full.
The first thing we did when we arrived is washed all the beddings. We went to get cleaning supplies and washed all the floors, toilet and the bathtubs. There was always a puddle of water in the fridge. When I called the management company about it, they told me I need to unplug it for a few hours. Lol
Three days later, I find a big cockroach in the bathroom. The next morning, another humongous cockroach in the living room. I emailed the owner about it and he told me the call the management company. After I contacted them, they sent the pest control to spray.
Since I had booked directly from the owner, I emailed him and told him about all the problems in this house and the only thing he said was I am sorry. After being there for 6 days, the management company came in and brought us all new beddings, as if this would fix everything.
The management company told me that the owner would be in town on Friday and that he would come and meet me. I emailed him and he told me that he would only be in kissimmee on April 19th.
I sent him a pretty nasty email and he didn't email me back. Our last week there, the A /C broke down, 85 degrees and no A/C for 2 days.
This house needs upgrading with new furniture. It needs to have a major clean up.
