Just letting you know that we were extremely disappointed with our stay at The Sagamore: near beach, pool also known as The Hudson, (whatever this "hotel" is actually called) and we would like to report a number of significant and disturbing issues that we encountered during our recent stay at your place.

Amazing room.. right in the heart of miami… amazing room and pool.. kitchen… beyond comfy bed! Deff will be booking with Henri again! Thankyou for an incredible trip!!

Best place to book. Spent a week in this amazing condo for my Bday last year, the pool was incredible me and my friends was always the only one out there. The location is awesome because we was right on South beach and a block away from the yacht party drop off, grocery store few blocks down was convenient kept the fridge full. Everything you need this the perfect spot to stay.

Apartamento muy bonito, limpio y tranquilo
Nos gusto mucho el apartamento, muy bien ubicado también. La playa esta muy cerca y el edificio cuenta con una piscina.
Muy buena comunicación con el propietario.

Couldn't care less
Booked this for 4 nights from 28 Feb to 4 March 2018. Due to the "Beast from the East" severe weather conditions a red alert was in force - do not go out as danger to life - followed by an amber alert - advised to stay indoors unless journey is essential as potential danger to life- covering the period 28 February to the morning of 3 March. Because of this we were stuck in Dublin Airport which only reopened for some flights on 3 March. Our carrier could not get us a flight to Miami on 3 March - we had to go to Orlando stay overnight at the airport then collect a car on 4 March and drive for 5 and a half hours to our next destination -Naples. Our whole time in Miami was wiped out.
As soon as I knew this was to be the case I contacted the manager to explain that we would be unable to take the accommodation due to really really extenuating circumstances and asked if a refund of some sort could be made. Clearly this had been an extremely stressful time for us and we had been under a lot of pressure as we had to cancel / rebook a number of arrangements and wait in huge queues to do some of this in scenes of chaos on occasion. We were hoping for some understanding and common humanity from this management and a goodwill gesture of a refund. Sadly we did not get it.
We got a response saying that they were sorry for our"inconvenience " (!) telling us to verify the conditions of rental - no refund would be given. They even kept the £71 cleaning fee even though they didn't need to clean as we weren't there. We know what the rental conditions are but had hoped that due to the exceptional circumstances they may have taken a sympathetic view- clearly not. We thought we may have been covered by insurance but although we are for ADDITIONAL costs we are not for "loss". This means that we have been left out of pocket for a total of £566.36 ($778.60).
We will never book through this company again and would advise others to be very cautious about doing so. We had originally planned to stay in a hotel. If we had stuck with this plan we would not be out of pocket at all as the vast majority of hotels have free cancellation up to the date of arrival. We have learned our lesson the hard way - hotels for us in future.

Our booking conditions state that you must carry travel insurance to cover your trip and you DID have travel insurance... Therefore we diligently collaborated with them providing the necessary documents. Now you are commenting that because there was a flaw in your coverage, the host should pay. Is it really fair?

Appartement bien situé
L'appartement est très bien situé dans south beach. Proche de tout. Très simple de récupérer les clefs.
Le seul problème est quels fenêtres et surtout les menuiseries sont très très sales.

Perfect place!
The apartment was clean and quiet. Very comfortable bed. Nice swimming pool.
The location is great. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this renter.

Awesome Bday Vaca
Fell in love with the room Great Location 3min walk to the beach Private pool it was always empty have it to yourself :) washer and dryer came in handy so make sure you bring some quarters. I enjoyed my stay can't wait till next time book the same room. Apple box came in handy during my 2 lazy day movies nights. If you looking for a nice room in south beach miami this room is the best one and 5 ppl fit perfectly in there.
