Absolute Amazing!
This apartment is absolute amazing! Immediately when you open the door you have an absolute stunning direct ocean view. The entrance to Miami Beach is perfect. The 2 houers power walk to South Beach and back is great. Roberto is very great and is helping you with everything. The pool is good, the Cuban colada is the best and you feel safe and protected. The parking place is very convenient with elevator direct up to the apartment. We stay at Collins Avenue 5151/5161 around 1 month every year. We have friends that stay here 3 months every year and have done so 16 years in a row. Personally I think this part of Miami Beach is the best and that Miami Beach is one of the best places in the world! Shopping, sun, you can make your own food from fresh food from Publix. It is also very warm in the ocean. Simply absolute amazing! Thank you for everything and see you in December Roberto!

very comfortable location
Very clean and close to the beech with a pool! Just needs a few minor updates to make it totally special! Fix the closets and change the blinds and I would go back! Great location , not far from the exit road to Miami!

I hope that you and your family come back the next year but to change the blinds and is not possible because the building need to change all blinds and I can not to do with out an permit from Miami Beach city

Christmas in Miami
Great ocean view 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment. All necessities and great condo on Ocean beach front with pool and gym. Roberto was great to deal with! Thank you for everything! We had a wonderful time.

Great Beach Condo!
Very nice clean condo with all amenities needed for a great weeks stay. Sunrise views to die for! Roberto, the guy who runs the condos, was great. Gave me a tour upon our arrival, explained everything needed for the week and showed us how to use everything in the condo. Very prompt and honest. This condo is very close to South Beach and North Beach. Not quite walking distance, but Ubers and Cabs are plentiful. The condo unit itself was very quiet and peaceful. The views from the balcony are incredible. Sunrise every morning, Yachts passing by, kite boarders, beach, pool...so many things to watch and relax too. We drove there and were given a parking spot that was very easy to use. Parking is gated and very safe. Overall, great spot to spend some time in Miami. Very close to I-95, so traveling to see the entire city is pretty easy. And the outdoor pool cafe was very nice. The ladies that ran it seemed like they were cooking in their home kitchens. Food was fun and good. Great Beach too!! Great Place, we will definitely book again next time in Miami!

Excellent and impressive property
The property we stayed at was excellent. It was just as described and pictured online. Our apartment was clean and orderly. Everything we needed was there. Very close to grocery store, shopping, and restaurants.The building is very clean and very well maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area was beautiful and the pool was crystal clear. There were two young men always walking around straightening things up and making sure the pool was clean. Wonderful property! I would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone.

Close to Heaven
We stayed in Unit 1031. Nowhere is there a more beautiful view. The place was super clean. We were spoiled with by the beach attendant, cabana at the pool, and private secure parking space. The owner was attentive as well. Such a great place.
